In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Small house in the heart of a typical Burgundian village north of Dijon. Ideally located 7 km from the city center, 5 km from the Zenith Arena and 6 km from the gastronomic city and 7 km from the Norges Golf Course as well as 5 km from the Valmy business center. Our cottage has its own entrance and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and desk area, bathroom, toilet. You also have the option to request a crib. Linens provided.

Refurbished 35 m² apartment in the heart of Dijon, ideally for 2 people (1 double bed in the bedroom + 1 sofa can convert to a double bed), but could accommodate up to 4 people. It is located on the first floor of a small building with 2 apartments, set back from the street and quiet, overlooking an inner courtyard, close to all amenities. It is equipped with a double bed 140 cm (new bedding), a sofa that can be used as a bed for a child (it is not convertible, 80x175 cm) and an umbrella bed (ready on request).

So just bring your bags :) With an area of 55 m², carefully furnished; it is located in a quiet and secure residence, close to all amenities (shops, transport and parking). You can come by car or simply by train: the TRAM from Dijon station to Quetigny takes you in 35 minutes and drops you off 200 m from the apartment.
