Ideally located 1 hour from Bordeaux (10 minutes from the A89), 30 minutes from Périgueux and Bergerac, it will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Dordogne. The 70 m2 house has a large garden and a terrace with countryside views to enjoy outdoor dining. It consists of two bedrooms with two large double beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. My house is 5 minutes from the A89 highway exit and 1 hour from Bordeaux. Conveniently located to visit the Dordogne: 20 min from Périgueux. 30 min from Bergerac, Brantôme. 1 hour from Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Lascaux.

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.
