Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint-Bonnet-de-Mure

A beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood that still has a lot to offer. Cozily decorated and clean. Smooth communication and easy autonomous access. We definitely recommend the apartment.

Xavier is a great host, fast and helpful at responding to our questions and he made the slightly circuitous check-in process very smooth by sending photos that made it easy to manage. The apartment is older (has high ceilings and nice period features). Be prepared for "Les Pentes": this area of Lyon is cool, artsy and bohemian. There is a lot of graffiti everywhere but it's street art, not vandalism! (In fact, right next door to the building is an international school of art and design). I'm so glad we stayed in Les Pentes: so much character (compared to over-touristy vieux Lyon), great restaurants etc. The only problem we had was with the elevator. We were traveling with heavy suitcases and not thrilled to discover the elevator only operates from the first floor (not ground) and the afternoon we arrived wasn't working at all. So be prepared.

A stay to take exams, the setting to study is perfect. A beautiful garden, a spacious and cool room in the summer and absolute calm. Willi was very friendly and very attentive to follow the progress of the events.

We found this beautiful apartment to be very well located, spotless and meeting all of our needs during our stay. Great mattress, lots of towels, a variety of kitchen utensils, dishware and glassware. And there is a dryer! We look forward to returning.

Olivier was so delightful to deal with, very responsive and detailed! The spacious apartment was modern but also had old world charm in the large exposed beam and stone work. There were a few lovely restaurants within a 5-10 min walk and the old part of Lyon just a 20 minute walk away! He was so flexible when we arrived early and allowed us to drop our luggage so we could explore Vieux Lyon until check in. It was a bit warm as the AC hadn’t yet been activated but all the fans helped overcome that! Overall we would highly recommend this lovely property. Thank you Olivier!

I had a great stay in this pleasant and very quiet accommodation, ideal for resting. The location is perfect, a few minutes from Orange Lumière and the train station while being quiet. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The welcome was warm and thoughtful. I would highly recommend!

Nairi and Eddy are very caring hosts. Their house is impeccable, really very clean, and the atmosphere is warm and soothing, you feel good there, which makes you want to stay there for several days. The neighborhood is pleasant and quite quiet, while being close to Lyon Part-Dieu. Access to the accommodation and key collection are very easy. It was a really pleasant stay that I would do again without hesitation. 10/10, no complaints.

We had a great weekend. The accommodation is very welcoming, neat and well-equipped. We can park in front of the residence, the check-in instructions are clear, the bedding is of very good quality and the hosts are very responsive to messages. Big plus for the air conditioning because it was very hot. We recommend it!

The apartment was very nice. Quiet ‘alley’ - very safe. Very comfortable and presentation perfect. As noted from previous posts, the toilet is in an unusual place on the curve of the spiral staircase. We are Senior guests and we managed without a problem. Very close to theTrain Station. Up a small side street in town. Restaurants, Bars, Boulangerie, Patisserie, Supermarket, fashion shopping, beautiful buildings, History, etc. easy walking, Very friendly people. Emmanuel is very easy to communicate with. Recommended.

Exceptional house for 13 people, the pool is great, the park is incredibly large and the interior of the house is very well designed... you don't get in each other's way at all even with a large group!

This was my first Airbnb experience and I absolutely loved it! The hosts were super responsive and proactive when I needed help, which made everything so easy. The place was incredibly peaceful, private, easy to find, very safe and looked exactly like the photos. I’ll 100% book it again when I go back!

Alexis apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. Easy to access the Perrache station and all the sites in Lyon. We were especially close to Brasserie Georges which was quite an experience and also visited the Museum of Deportation and the French Resistance which was very interesting. A great and enjoyable stay.

Great place, very clean, spacious and ideal for a family or group stay. Peaceful neighborhood and located right next to the Rhone:) Marie is very kind and was very accommodating, allowing us to arrive early. Thank you!

If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do so. Aurelie and Sebastien were very kind and helpful. Since we are older and unfamiliar with the area, Aurelie picked us up at the train station, showed us how to buy subway tickets and which routes to take to get to Vieux Lyon. From the Airbnb it's a 5 minute walk to the subway station, and a 7 minutes ride to the center. We wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood, and this place is very quiet. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance; a supermarket is right around the corner, so are two bakeries. The apartment was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The beds had new mattresses and were extremely comfy! It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. On the morning we left to catch our train to Paris, an Uber driver could not arrive in time to take us to the station. Sebastien and Aurelie drove us to the station to catch our train. Now, that's fantastic service! I highly recommend this place.

We spent a weekend in the accommodation offered by Tommy. The apartment is functional, well-equipped, modern and pleasant. We came with our 1-year-old baby and everything we needed was provided (travel cot, high chair). It is equipped with air conditioning, which is not negligible in summer. Only small downside (to which parents of young children are attentive😂) the floor and the door handles squeak quite a bit and the stairs to access the bedroom upstairs are steep and noisy. It is difficult to move discreetly Apart from that, everything is great. The accommodation is easy to find, and easy to access. Nearby car parks are available. We recommend this listing 👌

We had a great time at Dominique's place. Dominique is welcoming and caring. The apartment is as described, clean, bright, quiet, really very nice. We also had no difficulty parking. Definitely recommend
