Small single-storey cottage of about 32 m2 with a terrace of 30 m2 at the end of a cul-de-sac in a hamlet in the REGIONAL PARK OF THE VOLCANOES OF AUVERGNE near Salers, Puy Mary, the Mauriac and Aurillac regions. The Hameau de la Peyre St Dolus, near St Projet de Salers, is 950 m above sea level, facing south and includes a dozen houses characteristic of Cantal architecture. We will welcome you from 4 p.m. onwards. Check-out is no later than 11 a.m.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

My house is close to a small village, it is ideally located to discover all the beauty of our department (waterfalls, mountains, villages, castles, rivers, tours and walks, cheeses). You will appreciate the calm, comfort and equipment of the house. A private courtyard is there to enjoy the outside. The house is located in the very quiet village of Mandailles, at the foot of the large Puy Mary site. Summer: The Pleine Nature Station offers plenty of activities. 15 minutes from Lac des Graves. Starting point for GR 400 hikes. Winter: skis, snowshoes. 18 km from Lioran ski resort (if the road is cleared of snow). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves, nearby shops, hotels, restaurants, grocery store, bakery.

Bathroom: 6 m2, shower, sink, toilet and storage.

Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette).
