It has a private garage, 600 m2 enclosed, wooded and shaded, private above ground wood pool. The 45 m2 house has all the comforts. 2 bedrooms with double bed including one with a pull-out bed. WIFI lounge/dining room.The main entrance in the lounge you can exit into the BBQ, patio area. The pool area is open from May to October .
