Le logement se compose d'un salon donnant sur une cuisine ouverte, d'une chambre semi ouverte sur la salle d'eau, un wc séparé. A l'extérieur est à disposition une terrasse aménagée d'une table à manger, plancha, coin détente donnant sur un petit jardin entretenu. Accès libre à la piscine familiale, chauffée (fin avril à septembre).
