T2 à 500m (5mn à pied) de la plage et du centre ville de St Brevin-l’océan. Nous louons notre T2 meublé et équipé de 36m2, indépendant de notre habitation. Le logement se compose d'un salon donnant sur une cuisine ouverte, d'une chambre semi ouverte sur la salle d'eau, un wc séparé. A l'extérieur est à disposition une terrasse aménagée d'une table à manger, plancha, coin détente donnant sur un petit jardin entretenu. Accès libre à la piscine familiale, chauffée (fin avril à septembre).
