Campus Vue was previously owned by the family of a Mav football player and was lovingly renovated by them. There are lots of good Maverick vibes in this home. Nice 2 bedroom/1 bathroom duplex locally close to MSU and downtown Mankato with lots of restaurants and parks close by. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has full sized bunk beds. Dining room table for 4 and a bar that sits 2. Patio to the side of the duplex with chairs located in the garage to relaxing in the evenings.

My sisters, mom and I stayed here for our annual girl's weekend and we felt right at home. We enjoyed staying in playing games but also there was a winery right down the road that was amazing. We had all the amenities we needed, house was clean, and lots of space. I loved that there was things for all ages, not that we had children with us, but that isn't something you always find when planning with young children. We would most definitely go back and stay again!

The room was huge. The bathroom seemed to be about 1/3 the size of my apartment. Melanie was very friendly. Maneuvering the one-way streets made it difficult to get to where I wanted to go. Bring a good book and sleep mask. If you want to get to bed early or sleep late, the light coming in may make it more difficult to sleep in the summer. There is no television. Melanie can help you find vegetarian food in the area.

Our family of 6 spent 5 days in bliss. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need and more. There was so much for the kids to do between the water toys, fishing, shuffleboard table and so many boardgames and even video games to choose from. The fishing was EXCELLENT! "Comfortable and right at home" doesnt even do it justice. We were beyond comfortable with all this place had to offer. Matt was so awesome and responded to any questions or concerns we had long before we even got there :) My kids were raving the whole way home and asked if we could go back there but for longer next time. I highly recommend this sweet lakeside get away to anyone who wants a private piece of paradise. Sunsets on the dock woth your honey, catch some fish, have a fire, and have fun. Thats what we did :) Thank you so much Matt and Ashley for letting us stay at your beautiful home!
