Wow - what an amazing place to stay! This is probably the most memorable AirBnB I have stayed in so far. You are right on the edge of the seafront and by the harbour, with the double aspect living room enabling you to see both - the sea views are just stunning. Margaret was a really friendly and communicative host, and the parking space is good. I would heartily recommend this as a great place to stay; it is just so special being able to look out and see the sea from bed, and to hear the waves lapping at the shore as you go to sleep or make your cup of tea in the morning.

The Balcony Studio was the perfect getaway. It is a beautifully appointed stone cottage with stunning views overlooking the ocean. The cottage is steeped in history and has been beautifully renovated. It is spread over four half levels - you enter a well appointed kitchen, go down to the very large and unique bathroom, up to the bedroom with sitting area, and up again to a small living room and WC. The layout to the bedroom is very clever, with the bed facing the windows, but far enough back to be completely private when the blinds are up and the windows are open. I loved sitting in the chairs overlooking the water. Even with people walking by under the balcony, it feels very private. The location is fabulous - just steps to restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries of St Ives. The walk from the train was maybe 5-6 minutes. I loved my stay and would highly recommend.

absolutely stunning place in the beautiful moorlands. Very private, close to the river and lots of horses, sheep a cows nearby. The garden is huge and the kids(and grownups) loved it. Great facilities, well equipped kitchen. Wendy was most helpful and very quick to respond. We might well make it an annual trip.

We had the most beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay at The Anchorage. The location was superb, and the views from the house were my personal favorite part. I spent every spare minute in the sunroom looking at the ocean. There was plenty of space for us to all be comfortable and my children especially enjoyed the kids room with bunk beds! The town is beautiful and there are so many different beach options around to choose from. It is definitely a little stressful driving in the village (coming from from an American haha) but that aside it was a perfect end to our vacation and I plan on booking again (this time with some friends or maybe extended family to fill up the many bedrooms!)

We have just returned home from a wonderful stay at the Retreat. What a lovely house. My husband and I, our two adult children & our dog had plenty of space to relax . A lovely Lounge with an added touch of fairy lights & candles to create a cosy ambience in the evening was a nice touch. The tv had Netflix which our girls were pleased about! There is a lovely room upstairs if you need some quiet to relax . Lovely kitchen, dining room & enclosed garden for doggie friends. Good parking. We were happy to see that we’d been left some lovely bread, eggs, milk and other things that were very much appreciated. There is everything you could want in the house. I noticed there was a windbreaker & other things for trips to the beech. Lots of things were there which makes life easier when you have travelled. It’s a short walk into the town which is beautiful. Highly recommend, you won’t find anything nicer .

Absolutely loved our stay at Dans place, anything we needed him and Gary were super responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend!

By following the sat nav the house was easy to find. The location is ideal to use as a base to visit nearby places. There is a bus service that goes through the village roughly hourly which starts early in the morning and finishes at a reasonable time at night. We used the service quite regularly and didn’t have to use the car unless travelling further a field ,but no doubt could have used the bus for further places but there would be a time element to consider. There is a walk from the village to padstow which we took and although dry was uphill and down dale in places. Although the sign says 2 mls I think to the centre of padstow more like 2 3/4 mls. The old mill restaurant in the village is superb and a loverly setting for a meal inside or out, depending on weather. I must also say that Hollie was very helpful and accommodating with regard to our booking due to a medical situation and had to alter dates at the last minute.

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

A truly lovely, private, peaceful and unique property with stunning wow factor views. Enjoy sitting in the hot tub watching the sunrise or looking at the stars at night. The property has everything you need for a relaxing, peaceful stay. Highly recommend with the perfect hosts. 😍

We really enjoyed staying here as a group of five adults and 1 toddler. Plenty of room for us all and having 2 bathrooms was really great. The cabin is comfy and cosy, with beautiful views of the Cornish countryside. We used the cabin as a base to explore Cornwall as it is located centrally within easy reach of many popular towns. We loved coming back to the cabin in the evening and using the hot tub and waking up to the very friendly alpacas! You do have to drive up a very narrow and steep lane to reach the cabin but we were lucky that the lane is very quiet and so we never met any oncoming traffic. We would absolutely recommend and would love to return one day.

We just stayed for 7 nights as a place for the whole family to meet up with two toddlers and three couples. The place was absolutely perfect, super clean and really well equipped - the hosts have though of everything we might need. There is so much space and the addition of the extra living room uostairs was really useful. Nice private balconies. The hosts were really caring, informative and responsive. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay in Perranporth! Loved our stay here — spotless, stylish, and super comfy. The location was perfect: peaceful, yet close to the beach and town. The hot tub was a real highlight, especially after long coastal walks. Great hosts — we’ll definitely be back!

The nicest static caravan we’ve ever stayed in! The place was immaculate, our hosts were great on messaging and left us a very helpful book which made everything so easy, even with two boys. The park was really quiet even though it was full, the boys loved the park and the pub was perfect for a quiet pint in the evening. The value for money was unreal, the absolute perfect base for exploring any part of Cornwall

Just want to say a massive thankyou again! We had a lovely time staying at Blue View and the flat had everything we needed. It was very clean, well equipped & the views are to die for!! The pool was heated so I was able to take my 4 month old son in there who loved it! Kirsten & Ben are very friendly and even had the flat ready for us a couple of hours before the usual check in time :D we will definitely be back next year! X

Neil's place was great for a family holiday with my two teenage kids and my parents visiting from overseas. The bedrooms are all good sized, with comfy beds and nice decor. The living and kitchen area is spacious and well equipped, and the second living area upstairs with its own balcony and views towards the hills is a huge plus. Neil communicated well in advance and the check-in process was easy. We unfortunately experienced the house not being ready for us on arrival due to a miscommunication about our arrival date, but Neil and the caretaker responded quickly to get it sorted and the house was then super clean. It was great to have the facilities on site (small but well-stocked shop, water park in the lake, pool, bar/restaurant), and the location is great for day trips to Padstow and Newquay (which has stunning sea views along the cliff-top trail). Thanks Neil for a lovely stay - we would love to come back!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. A beautiful wooden lodge with plenty of space, comfortable furnishings and spectacular verandas. It’s in a beautiful mature garden setting which is idyllic in every way. Private and peaceful yet with easy access to so many walking routes, gorgeous beaches, great cafes and pubs. We only took the car out on one day, everything else we did on foot. The pool and jacuzzi were a welcome bonus too.

Lovely little Staycay for my husbands birthday. 🎁 Ideal spot for us to be able to drive and explore some of north Cornwall :) Great enclosed garden space for the dogs too 🐾 Would defiantly return.

An incredible place to stay. Great location close to padstow in a secure area and great for the dog. Ideal for royal Cornwall show if that’s something you are interested in but only an hour away from lands end and 20mins to Newquay. Overall the place was clean and inviting. Hannah was great for communication and offering loads of info to get around and quick to reply if any issues

We had a really great stay here. The house was really light and airy and in a really quiet area. The house had everything we needed for our stay and everything had instructions which was great e.g the TV etc, very useful. We were out exploring most of the time but having a cosy, quiet home to retreat to in the evening was fantastic. Some nice touches were the free bag and bottle of wine, however we don’t usually drink so left it there, but much appreciated. The home also has plenty of books and games, if we had more time here those would have been really handy for us. Great storage in the bedrooms too and very comfortable beds. We zonked out as soon as our heads hit the pillows. A great location for everything we managed to squeeze in, Newquay zoo, Newquay beach, Tintagel Castle, Polzeath, Charlestown and Holywell bay, all amazing places to visit within 20-40 minutes away. Thank you for our cosy stay.

This was our fifth stay at this wonderful cottage, and once again, everything was perfect. The hosts are absolutely lovely—so welcoming and friendly—and their dogs are just as charming! The cottage is always spotless, beautifully maintained, and feels like a home away from home. We had another fantastic stay and can’t wait to return again. Highly recommended!

The property is perfectly located for exploring Cornwall. The village is lovely and has a great pub for an evening meal!

Marie’s place was just fantastic, everything was as described and even better. So close to everything in Padstow and easy access to roads for trips out of Padstow. The facilities were fantastic we felt we were on holiday but in a home environment. Great kitchen lounge dining area with wonderful views, off street parking, lovely garden area. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great, beds very comfortable. We really felt lucky to have found such a great place! Already telling our London friends they must go there!!!

Our stay here was amazing, the barn was cosy and really well equipped for everything you need. The location is great for a really quiet getaway with some fantastic nearby walks and nature, but equally there's some lovely places a short drive away. Olivia was a great host and very welcoming, really helpful and there if we needed anything. Definitely a place we would come back to stay in again :)

James and Fede are incredible hosts, they made sure we had everything we needed and went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant, peaceful and memorable. The house is gorgeous and tidy, every detail is thought-through and the garden with a sea view is magical. Definitely worth the visit to this little piece of Cornish paradise.
