We loved our few nights stay at Vincent’s place. Very comfortable bed, quite spacious room, great air flow and very grateful for the car space on site (hard to find in Bayeux). And great local restaurants and access to the Normandy beaches. Would be happy to come back one day 🙂

The lady met with us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful from the start. Gave a guided tour of the apartment. Lots of helpful stuff in the kitchen that we had forgotten, but are necessary. Having its own garage is a massive bonus when staying in a city centre. I would really recommend this place. Peter

This is the most beautiful apartment, ideally located in the old town just a stone’s throw from the Abbaye aux Hommes. Two spacious bedrooms, a lovely kitchen/living room and all so light and homely. Despite being so close to all the main attractions of the old town, the apartment is exceptionally quiet. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Thank you Karine!

Our 6 night stay at Antony’s in central Caen was very good. We parked at place de la mare, which is directly opposite and easy to get to using the car GPS system. Meeting with Aurelio was smooth and efficient Keys in hand we could then move to the accommodation car park and bring all our gear inside. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location is very central to walk to the centre of Caen but also provides easy access to visit d day beaches, Hornfleur etc. Arrived during a heat wave, and although the apartment is shaded and cool at 35 degrees we decided to go and buy a fan. Problem with heat solved we settled in for a comfortable stay, leaving the fan for future guests to enjoy on departure.

Es ist wunderbar in der Wohnung von Guillaume. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es ist alles toll eingerichtet, super sauber und es war herrlich diese tolle Aussicht dort zu genießen. Es ist sehr ruhig und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten im Ort oder am Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 100% Empfehlung! Danke, dass wir dort sein durften.

My family of five (three of them young children) stayed here for a few days during a three week journey around Europe. It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to visit the D-Day sites and this home made our stay 100% enjoyable. It is my favorite AirBnB I have ever stayed in. It was perfectly clean, had everything we could have thought we needed, and the location was absolutely perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in such an amazing place!

There is one *major* problem that you will see the moment you enter the property: you will **never** (ever) want to leave. You may even start thinking through how you can leave your day job and move to Port-en-Bessin. The home itself is amazing. The top of our list after over a dozen Airbnbs in the last few years. It's everything they show online... and SO MUCH MORE! It's like living in a Normandy postcard. The house itself is awesome. Amazing. Spotless. Beautifully decorated and appointed. SUPER well equipped. The town is also amazing. It's the perfect home base for exploring the D-Day beaches/sites. Look... you'd be CRAZY not to book this property. So... what are you waiting for? This is a beautiful home in a quiet and picturesque part of Normandy. This large holiday home is ideal for a large family with 2 en suite bedrooms and a spacious dining/living area. The property is within a group of approximately 6 large private holiday homes with their own private gardens. The horse paddock in the centre is a focal point with well kept, gentle horses. The communal swimming pool is well maintained and warm and the whole family enjoyed it. Elie was attentive and helpful and on site if needed. We met Isabelle on leaving who was gracious and lovely. A lot of thought has gone into this home. Our family had a wonderful stay. This area is remote but towns and various sightseeing is all within 30-60 mins drive. I would recommend to any family that want a quiet getaway. Thanks Elie and Isabelle.

Excellent location for the D Day beaches or just for a beach holiday in Langrune. The house is quirky and may not suit everyone because of steep stairs and the layout, but it worked fine for the four adults in our party. The baker and butcher in the village are brilliant and the general store and greengrocers are more than adequate. Cathy and Nicholas were very heloful with recommendations of places to eat. We had a wonderful holiday as a result.

This is THE MOST amazing location. Pictures do not do this place justice. It felt like we were staying in a Jane Austen novel. Christian and his wife were the sweetest, most patient and helpful hosts. The place was SPOTLESS, the atmosphere was completely idyllic. It was better than expected, we couldn't believe it when we arrived. This was the true, original kind of Airbnb experience. Personal, comfortable, local. Do not hesitate to book. We wanted to just stay and rest and hang out here for a week. Christian went above and beyond to help us when we had some issues with our car. They stopped by to say goodbye and see us off. It will be our favorite memory from our trip .

Mijn familie en ik hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in Asnelles. De woning komt letterlijk overeen met wat er beschreven wordt. Erg schoon ook. Echt een top woning! De omgeving is rustig en beloopbaar. Beatrice was erg vriendelijk, reageerde snel en heeft ons van handige tips voorzien. Ik raad deze woning zeker aan!

We loved Chantal’s place. We were warmly welcomed by Chantal, who provided us with a tour of her place and helped us get settled. The place felt brand new, everything was pristinely clean. Interior is beautifully decorated and everything was perfect. Chantal went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed - with a yummy cider waiting chilled for us, and plenty of tea and coffee. There was also all the amenities available (toilet paper; towels; dishwashing detergent etc). Chantal has very cute puppies and she allowed my son to play with them. We would love to stay again and will - but next time we will stay longer. Highly recommend Chantal’s place.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans le gîte de Nicolas ! La maison est vraiment spacieuse et très agréable à vivre. Nicolas est venu nous accueillir pour nous faire visiter la maison. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la petite attention envers notre toutou (gamelle à disposition et proposition de balades !). Nous avons très bien dormi, au calme de la campagne. Merci Nicolas pour la gentillesse de son accueil !

Nous avons passé très bon séjour. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, propre, fonctionnel et super bien situé - idéal pour un séjour en famille (nous étions avec avec deux enfants en bas âge).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement impeccable, rénové récemment, avec vue sur la mer. Pas besoin de voiture, tout est à distance à pied, on a profité de la digue et de la plage de sable fin. Merci à Christelle pour son accueil, ses consignes et ses conseils.

Notre deuxième séjour dans cet apartement - toujours aussi idéale pour passer quelques jours à Deauville .. l'emplacement, l'équipement, l'éspace .. et les réponses / réactivité de Charlotte au top! Merci!

En front de mer génial avec des enfants , plage devant la baie de la loggia, vue sublime , stationnement facile, résidence sécurisée avec bip portail. Apt fonctionnel, très bien agencé, de l ‘espace, gros plus la loggia fermée qui s ouvre entièrement . Yasmina à l arrivée comme au départ très souple et de bon conseil. Hôtes sympathiques et très disponibles . A 5mn de Cabourg et 15mn de Houlgate, facile d accès pr visiter la cote fleurie comme les sites du débarquement. Nous vs recommandons sans hésitation . Cdlt. Appartement très bien situé lumineux et cosy avec petit balcon et emplacement parking ultra pratique Vincent a été très arrangeant pour les horaires d'arrivée et départ son qualificatif de super hôte est tout a fait mérité je recommande sans hésitation !!

We spent one perfect week at Mathieu’s place and had an absolutely terrific experience! If you’re looking for an apartment in Bayeux, this is where you want to stay, hands down. The location is perfectly situated for walking to shops, markets, and cafes in the old town center and is also centrally-located for exploring the Normandy area. The apartment is inviting, peaceful, and clean with a comfortable bed. We especially enjoy livable locations where we can hear the church bells ring, and this was no exception at Mathieu’s place since the cathedral is just down the street (with a stunning view from the family room window). The bells add to the ambiance and experience, and fear not for they don’t ring through the night so your sleep isn’t interrupted. Only good things to say about this place!

Rien à redire nous avons été plus que ravis de notre séjour. Tout était parfait. Ils ont vraiment pensé à tout. Nous reviendrons à bientôt….
