At the entrance of the Chêne Saint-Amand shopping area, come and discover this magnificent new house built a few meters from the Lac du Der bike path. Enjoy major brands like McDonald's, Ange, Leclerc, Del Arte at 100m. Three bedrooms arranged for guests, an equipped kitchen open to a large living room and exterior.
