Le Sanglier - family friendly gite with pool

Les Coumayres consists of four unique, newly renovated gites. Le Sanglier is at the back of the house with one more gite next to it. In front of the house are two smaller gites. We also have a Glamping site with two unique domes, located a couple of minutes walk. Relax by the heated pool whilst your children play in the pool, play ping pong or have fun in the playground. There is plenty of space for everyone and each gite has their own private terrace with outdoor sofa and dining for six.

It consists of 4 rooms, living room/kitchen/dining room, 1 main bedroom, + 1 extra bedroom, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. The ideal isolated escape ! This cosy cottage is hidden away in the beautiful and largely undiscovered Vallée de Gijou. As an ex-restaurateur I can provide breakfast, lunches, picnics and dinners on order. Nestled in the Haut Languedoc Park between the Southern town of Castres (40 minutes) and world heritage site of Albi (50 minutes).

Our old stone dairy is comfortable and functional, cosy in winter and cool in summer. It sleeps six people in three rooms, two with double beds, the other with singles. There is a living room with a day-bed and wood burning stove, a kitchen, bathroom and a fantastic ‘terrace in the trees’ overlooking the valley.
