Logement neuf qui a été rénové cet hiver 2025,dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Vous trouverez à moins de 2 km la boulangerie Marie,un primeur et un boucher, 1 km boulangerie de quartier. Le centre Leclerc se trouve aussi à 2 km,par-là voie verte . draps, tapis de bains, torchons,sont fournis sans supplément. Juillet et août location uniquement à la semaine et quinzaine. Nous proposons également des planches charcuterie et repas ,à commander à l’avance .

This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Small extra sofa bed in the bedroom if needed Overlooking the gardens and pool, you have direct access to the Esplanade du Tilleul for outdoor dining, and the rest of the gardens, with direct access to the forest.

Several villages of character are to visit nearby as well as the famous village of Antraigues-sur-Volane thanks to Jean Ferrat (3 Km). Guests can enjoy several water activities or relax with beautiful hikes and walks. Vals and its thermal baths are 10 minutes away. Nature lovers will be delighted.

Prestations haut de gamme et vue prodigieuse sur les gorges de l'Ardèche.

Tournesol with its private HOT TUB

Surrounded by trees and with a green wall; it stays cool even when temperatures rise. You have, if needed, a fan in the bedroom above the bed and another to position to cool you down. It has a HOT TUB in operation from June 30 to September 15. It is a 3-minute walk from the Ardèche River. I provide bed linen, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, garbage bags, sponge and dishwashing liquid, a tea towel, salt and pepper.

Welcome to the vaulted suite, a space with singular charm with a separate entrance (low and atypical door) and a private terrace, located in a building dating from 1800. Here, no Wi-Fi, but very good 4G coverage: an ideal setting to disconnect and enjoy the calm. We live in the upper part of the house and will be available if needed, while respecting your peace and quiet. 🔹 It is not possible to cook in the room
