This is a studio that offers all the qualities of a large cottage. The first impression, that of finally arriving at home on a sunny terrace on which to have a coffee in the morning while getting up is a pleasure when you find yourself calm after a good night's sleep that a queen bed, in which you will lose your half, will have offered you. Fontainebleau, Barbizon are only a few minutes away by car... enough to go out for long hours to visit the castle, get lost in the forest... it's when you get home from all these activities, tired, that the comfort of the studio will make sense. A good hot shower from where the water seems to flow from the sky (rainfall knob) and finally this queen bed... In short, spending the weekend here will delight you for sure. We spent 48 hours there at the top without ever being bothered by anything. Alex and Quentin will welcome you as it should be. An atmosphere an atmosphere that you can only find at home. Do you need a cottage in the area? Then you have it.

Very pleasant stay in this superb accommodation located in the heart of a beautiful village. The unit is very well equipped and the bedding is very comfortable. Everything is done to make the stay enjoyable. It's very well thought out, down to the smallest details. It's very nice, tastefully decorated, I highly recommend it. Annette is very welcoming. The accommodation is very nice, very well furnished and decorated with great taste. The surroundings are very beautiful, close to the forest of Fontainebleau, the castle of Courances, the cyclop of Jean Tinguely, Milly. The only regret is that the road that passes in front of the cottage is quite busy, but we are still well isolated in the courtyard.

We had a great time! Nathalie is very welcoming and attentive, she really takes care of the comfort of her guests. The accommodation is immaculately clean and very pleasant. In this hot weather, the coolness inside was really appreciable. I highly recommend it.

We were allowed to be a guest for a week in this beautiful little town right on the edge of the forest. Despite the heat, the apartment was pleasant and the courtyard was a nice place for a glass of wine in the evening. We felt completely comfortable and are happy to come back :)

Had a lovely 3 night stay in a very private, well equipped house. Very secure garden for our two dogs. kitchen had everything you needed and plenty of outside seating to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Didier was very responsive to any questions that we had. Perfect. Thanks

It is definitely a place that is very worth staying, although it may seem small, the organization of things makes it really so, and the amount of things you can find in the accommodation, I loved it!!! I would definitely come back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Elise’s place! The location is perfect!!! It was just a short drive/walk from Disneyland Paris, which made getting to and from the parks with kids super easy. The home was AMAZING 😍 clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Elise was incredibly welcoming and responsive, and she even added thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. I very highly recommend this spot for families or anyone visiting Disney 🥰 thank you again, Elise!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation matches the photos, and it is very well decorated. It feels like home. We couldn't enjoy the small garden because the temperatures were a little cold for us. The location is ideal for getting to Disney, we will recommend it to our loved ones.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
