The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Located at the foot of the Aravis and Col de l'Épine, we offer independent accommodation on the grounds of our house in Marlens. This chalet is ideal for 1 to 4 people to enjoy the region in summer and winter: 10 min drive to Lake Annecy, 35 min to Annecy city Ski resorts: 45 min La Clusaz Megeve/Saisies Cross-country skiing 20 minutes away (Charvin sector) Hiking trails nearby. Bike path 2 min. Possibility of contact for paragliding sessions.
