Unique for its generous surface area, this beautiful apartment occupies the entire first level of a magnificent stone and wood chalet with private access. It includes two bedrooms each equipped with a 140 cm bed, as well as a mountain corner equipped with bunk beds. A semi-open kitchen is equipped with gas hobs, a traditional oven, a microwave). All this is completed by a large terrace. Access to shops and departure of the slopes within a 10-min walk, shuttle stop nearby.

Located in the city center with a private covered parking space, you can do everything on foot from our apartment, which was completely renovated at the end of 2025. Its 5 m² balcony and its exposure allow you to enjoy an outdoor space, calm and a great view of the valley. Its privileged location places you in the heart of the resort of Saint François Longchamp, a 2-minute walk from the slopes and the blue moon chairlift (just cross the Madeleine parking lot).
