Very well located... 8 minutes from the ski lifts on foot as well as shops... or 3 minutes by shuttle for more comfort (departure and arrival in front of the Residence). Equipped "like at home": 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 1 sofa bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, fully equipped kitchen; pellet stove. Located in the city center with a private covered parking space, you can do everything on foot from our apartment, which was completely renovated at the end of 2025. Its 5 m² balcony and its exposure allow you to enjoy an outdoor space, calm and a great view of the valley. Its privileged location places you in the heart of the resort of Saint François Longchamp, a 2-minute walk from the slopes and the blue moon chairlift (just cross the Madeleine parking lot).
