We really enjoyed out stay at the house. The house was truly awesome and very clean. Alexis and marion always replied very quick, if we had any questions. They showed themselves very flexible, for example about the check in/check out times. The house is located in a quiet and very beautiful neighborhood in pèrols. To take the public transport you have to walk about 20min to the station. The tram will take you in 30min to the city of montpellier. The beach is not very easy to reach by public transport, but with a car you can reach it in less than 10min. We always took an uber/bolt to get to most places. They were cheap and quick. Overall, we would definitely stay at the house again. It was a very good experience and we really enjoyed our time at this unique and beautiful place.

Sophie's house is great, comfortable, very clean and beautifully decorated. It is very well equiped with everything you need to settle in quickly, cook nice meals and relax in the house or outside on the lovely patio. The setting is beautiful right beside the river in a quiet residential part of Palavas. Its a quick walk to food, souvenir and clothes shops, markets, great restaurants and the beach. Sophie was a helpful host and we really enjoyed our visit.

Romain's accommodation is a haven of peace located in the beautiful Montpellier hinterland. Close to the city and medieval villages, hills, the beach or wilder swimming spots, it's the perfect place to please everyone. As far as the welcome is concerned, I did not have the chance to meet Romain, but he was extremely available by phone to make our stay easier from every point of view. I thank him warmly.

The atmosphere there is really great. It is very quiet and feels like it is in the middle of nature. Nevertheless, the great bakery, a small supermarket and a nice restaurant are within a five-minute walk. The vintage style of the furnishings and the garden with two terraces and a pool make the stay perfect. The pool is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. Lézan is very rural but well suited as a starting point for excursions. Fabrice's tips and hints were very helpful. We felt very comfortable there and there is everything you need for a vacation. Be sure to visit the organic winemaker next door and buy wine!

A perfect stay in a beautiful villa! We were a group of 10 people and everything went very well. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and in line with the listing. The environment is quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. Chloé was very responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this villa with our eyes closed and will be back with pleasure! We will come back without hesitation!

Very nice, practically furnished house with covered terrace, spacious forecourt and beautiful garden with lots of brightness. The whole house is spacious with the exception of the toilet. Parking space for car protects from the sun. House has heating, which is beneficial in colder seasons. Great, pleasant hosts.

We had a pleasant stay. Bénédicte contacted us well in advance to ask what we needed (bed, children's chair, etc.). She was always reachable and I could count on her! Bénédicte also sent videos to explain how to use appliances. The welcome was warm: visit the house, welcome basket was waiting for us and we had ideas for excursions. The villa matches the photos. Our kids loved the pool and the games room! The airco in the rooms was perfect for spending the night cool.

What an amazing place! It was everything we hoped for and more! Nestled in the heart of nature, the setting was absolutely serene—surrounded by trees, birdsong, and beautiful views in every direction. Everything was perfect! The house, the view, the nature, the region, the host… all of us were very extremely happy to stay at Olivier’s place.

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

Very nice accommodation, Samuel and his wife are very welcoming. Kind and flexible. We came on a weekend with friends. We had a great time. Lovely garden, great size pool, fabulous outdoor seating area. Traditional rustic farmhouse interior. Sebastien was a friendly and welcoming host who recommended great local places to visit and was very responsive to any queries. A car or a bicycle is essential. Wonderful bird life.

The villa was perfect for our family holiday with three children under three! The outside area is beautiful. The pool provided lots of amusement, there was everything we needed with travel cots, a high chair and a very well stocked kitchen with everything you could need! The location is lovely - a safe residential area in walking distance to bakeries and the park. As well as plenty to do within a short drive.

Well-equipped and comfortable house for 6 people. The pool is also very nice. Two of the private bathrooms of the two large bedrooms upstairs are only accessible by crossing the bedrooms, which can make access less convenient for those staying in the bedroom without a bathroom with the two single beds. It's a detail, but it must be taken into account when organizing the stay. In addition, the road near the house is busy at peak times so it can be a little noisy even if it remains reasonable. It's all about the frame of reference. Overall very nice accommodation, comfortable, well-equipped and pleasant, and especially thanks to the well-equipped exteriors. If I go back to Montpellier, I'll definitely stay at Karine's!

Great stay at this spacious, comfortable, clean and very well decorated house. We fed the cats who were very nice. Giulia has always been very responsive to our messages and listening to us. the location is ideal to discover the region while being in a peaceful town close to very good shops on foot.

Our villa was amazing. Such a lovely place for us to stay with our family of ten. Very spacious bedrooms. Great outside area to bbq and have evening meals. Daniel our host was so helpful and made our stay very special. The kitchen is great to cook in and accommodates many chefs. Very relaxing and enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend. Thank you

There are no words to describe how good Céline and Mickaël are as hosts! From the moment we were thinking about booking their villa, they were immediately responsive and willing to bend over backwards to make our stay as nice as possible. Extra requests were easily met (including hiring a private chef for a night, cleaning services throughout). When we failed to bring enough insect repellent, Céline was kind enough to run out and get us some! They were completely responsive throughout and made sure our stay was as nice as possible. The house was utterly spotless when we walked in (and cleaning was performed to this standard). A very helpful document is provided with things to do in the area, even without a car. A lot of places are readily accessible by public transport, but Ubers are also relatively inexpensive into Montpellier itself. 10/10 stay - if I could rate it more than 5* I would! Very nice property! Large, private pool where no one can see you, barbecue, covered terrace with large table, stylish decor etc. You really feel extremely comfortable there and the view is beautiful. Everything was super clean and Julien welcomes you warmly and lives nearby, in case of an emergency. The hosts are super nice and respond very quickly to concerns. They let you use the whole property, it's huge! When we left, everything worked out great, even though we left very early. It's not a matter of course for Sunday. Thank you again!
