Située en impasse, notre gîte de 80 m² est un lieu propice au repos et à la détente. Vous serez à 2 minutes des commerces ( boulangerie et épicerie-traiteur, pharmacie...) et 300 mètres d'un arrêt de bus pour Angers mais aussi à 10 minutes des bords de Loire( location de canoé-Kayak, Loire à vélo), 15 minutes d'Angers et 18 minutes de Terra Botanica en voiture. Des chemins de randonnées en campagne et en forêt sont accessibles au départ du gite.

Make a stop with family or friends in this fully equipped accommodation located a 3-minute walk from the sncf station (Angers Nantes axis) and a 1-minute walk from all shops ( bakery, pharmacy, grocery store ...) . For walks , 2 minutes from Parc de la Rome ( fishing, pétanque, picnic , children's playground...) A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Private apartment without a kitchen

Private apartment in our property but detached from the house, the apartment is above the garage, there is a large bedroom with a queen bed and 2 single beds, there is a seating area with a desk, a bathroom with shower, the toilets are in the bathroom. There is a fridge in the garage that you can use. There is a kettle, a coffee machine, a microwave available in the apartment. We have a dog on the property. No animals allowed.

30 m² cottage, completely independent within our property and located in the heart of the village. It is equipped with a living room, kitchen and separate bedroom. Nespresso coffee machine and SodaStream 160 cm double bed Close to Serrant Castle. Downtown Angers 20 minutes away. For nature lovers, the Loire Trail is nearby. Don't miss the Savennières vineyards, a few kilometers away, where you can taste delicious local wines.

This charming 18 m2 Studio is located on the 2nd floor of a small condominium located on Rue Jean Bodin in Angers. It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.

Charmant studio de 24m2 entièrement neuf de plein pied. Il est situé dans notre maison, avec sa propre entrée. Il est également constitué d’un parking privatif ainsi que d’un extérieur donnant sur la vallée de la Loire. Nous sommes situé en haut de la course de côte qui se déroule 2fois par an à la Pommeraye, à 25min d’Angers, à 30min de Terra Botanica, à 1h du Puy du Fou et 1h de Nantes.
