A shower room and separate toilet Upstairs 2 bedrooms, 1st a 160 x 200 cm bed and a 90 x 190 cm bed. The 2nd 3 beds of 90 x 190 cm, two beds can be put together. Countryside cottage, 12 minutes from Angers

Treat yourself to a charming escape in this cottage created in 2025 within our Anjou farmhouse. Enjoy a private garden and a 2-hectare wooded park, and unwind in the peaceful countryside just outside Angers (12 minutes drive). The village (bakery, grocery store, and pharmacy) is 1.3 km away, on the edge of the Fouilloux woodland (90 hectares). Only 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire, in the heart of the bocage, set off to discover the treasures of Anjou.

Getaway on a cabin deck

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

Nice house near Angers

Located in a cul-de-sac, our 80 m² cottage is a place conducive to rest and relaxation. You will be 2 minutes from the shops (bakery and grocery store, pharmacy...) and 300 meters from a bus stop to Angers but also 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire (canoe-kayak rental, Loire by bike), 15 minutes from Angers and 18 minutes from Terra Botanica by car. Hiking trails in the countryside and forest are accessible from the cottage.

The Gîte de la Cale in Chalonnes-sur-Loire is a refurbished accommodation with all modern comforts, you will find a dishwasher, washing machine, shaded terrace, plancha. The colors have been chosen so that you can find the atmosphere of the Loire. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds of 90 cm or 1 king size bed of 180 cm. At the edge of the docks, you can board canoes to sail or aboard a gabarot to learn from boatmen.

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Cocon des Pins – House with Balneotherapy and Sauna

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)
