The house is located in a small quiet village, surrounded by animals (horses, donkeys) 4 km from the A23 Bordeaux-Lyon exit and 65 km from the Mont Dore ski slopes.

Small stone house in the countryside, close to the town of Ussel (7 km), about an hour's drive from Clermont-Ferrand and Brive. Detached house of 90 m2, containing, on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen area, living room and toilet. And upstairs two bedrooms with double bed, a relaxation area and a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Also enjoy a very natural outdoor area, with a large table to be able to have lunch in peace.

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

If cycling, you have the use of a closed garage adjacent.
