Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay

We had a great stay in the apartment offered by Emmanuel and Marie. The check-in instructions are clear and the key box makes it easy to access the rental quickly. Emmanuel and Marie are very friendly, attentive and their presence at the delicatessen, located on the ground floor, allows a very appreciable direct contact. The apartment is well located, functional, well equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated, and is conducive to a relaxing vacation. You can easily park your vehicle in the two nearby parking lots. Port, beach, shops are within walking distance. The Cotentin charms us every time we visit and we will be happy to come back.

We had a very good stay at Virginie's, the beach 50m walk is a real asset and offers a very nice view. The apartment is very well-equipped.

Very nice studio, very well decorated, tidy and equipped, close to the sea. The garden is also very pretty and welcoming. Everything was perfect, Sylvie was kind enough to leave us 2 bikes and was very responsive in her messages. We'll be happy to go back!

This is the second time we have booked this accommodation and we will definitely come back! An incredible little studio that gives the feeling of being suspended above the sea. An irreproachable calm, 12 minutes walk from the center of Granville with charming shops. The accommodation is extremely clean and well equipped for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay for two. We spent 3 days with our two children in Chantal's accommodation and everything was there: A warm welcome, an environment worthy of the most beautiful postcards and what to say about the accommodation: straight out of a magazine, we felt at home and the jacuzzi delighted both the young and old. Bedding to relieve any back pain and a real haven of peace surrounding. It is a very well-equipped cottage where every detail of the decoration is thought out with taste and refinement. Its lush, private garden, shielded from view, completes this charming decor, where you are guaranteed to have a wonderful stay. And of course the hospitality, kindness and availability of the hosts Marie and Michel

The house in the dunes is beautifully located and at least as beautifully decorated. Everything is very clean and well cared for and Marion responds quickly and is helpful. You can walk into the dunes on the beach or relax in the pool or on a lounger in the sun. The only thing that was a little different than I thought is that the house is a little close to the public road. Not many people come by, but it is just a little less private. This would not prevent me from recommending this house and coming back again. It is also still very quiet and peaceful. Thank you Marion!

A great stay: a very clean, quiet, well arranged accommodation, spaces for everyone, equipped with everything you need (even small games, children's books). Flexible hosts on check in/out times, thoughtful. We had forgotten a fact: they kindly agreed to send it back to us through La Poste. We would definitely recommend this listing. Thanks again.

Phillips and Annick's accommodation was a dream in a dream location. If we hadn't had other travel plans, we would have liked to have stayed longer. The house was so sparkling clean, we've never experienced that before. We were spoiled by the fantastic landscape and the view of the sea.

Very cozy accommodation, pleasant with the small garden... ideally located for beautiful visits in the Cotentin, magnificent natural landscapes... Aude and Marine are very friendly and available in exchanges!🙂 We recommend La ferme des Mielles, a 5-minute walk away... delicious cooking and very friendly welcome!... not to mention the Bar des Pirates for a drink with your feet in the sand overlooking the sea!

Very pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with nice decor. Everything is connected, even the dishes. Nice and clean apartment. The French door with a sliding door to access the terrace without overlooking the wind shelter is a plus. Heloise is a very nice host and available to answer questions.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

The apartment is located at the end of the beautiful promenade in the center of Saint Malo, the path alone is a pleasure. We stayed there for 2 nights. Many thanks for the two hosts. A parking space was reserved for our car.

The apartment is perched on the 3rd floor with full sea view. It's beautiful. It's ideally located in Granville (shops, restaurants, port, beach). The mezzanine studio is comfortable and the decor really very nice. Bravo! I recommend it. Thanks to David and Olivia
