Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et central. Ce studio au calme, proche de toutes les commodités et de la mer vous permettra de vous reposer tout en étant à coté des Sables et proche de la mer. Vous aurez un parking devant le studio, parking fermé et à l'intérieur de mon terrain! Donc aucun risque pour votre véhicule! Vous êtes à 3 mn en voiture de l Arena, voire y aller en vélo ou à pieds.
