very nice house, tastefully decorated. Quality appliances and dishes. The pleasant exterior, not overlooked. we loved our time at Effect Mer. The car remained in its place on the street next door, as everything is accessible on foot or by bike ( trade, city center, pedestrian street, beach). The sea effect is ideally located in St Gilles.

Fabulous! 🌟 Catherine is very attentive and this changes informal lockboxes! 👏 The house is very spacious and super well equipped to feel at home. Great bedding and impeccable cleaning. All is within walking distance (beach, shops, restaurants), you really feel like you're on vacation. I highly recommend it!

We had a pleasant week at Maïté's, quiet, but with the beaches accessible only 15 min by bike! We particularly liked the outdoor wooden deck. Thanks also to Pierrette, a very welcoming neighbor.

As Véronique says "small unpretentious accommodation" but it includes everything you need for a pleasant stay for two; the beach is close by, the center of Epine too. Important point for us: it was possible to park the motorcycle without problem in the garden that surrounds the cottage. Perfect

fantastic character house with a huge private garden only a short walk from the bars and restaurants...and minutes from the sea. so peaceful yet so easy to get to all the amenities of la chaume and Les sables. totally recommend.

Another beautiful extended weekend with the family in the Marais, where the weather allowed us to enjoy swimming and the outdoors. The house has everything you need and is very well prepared before our arrival. It is with great pleasure that we have returned and will return again.

We had a great weekend at Florence's place. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace, very well exposed that receives sun almost all day and the beautiful garden. The house is also very well equipped and the communication with Lesley is easy and efficient.

We had a pleasant stay in this spacious and clean apartment. Michael was very welcoming and friendly, however it is important not to park in the driveway to avoid any problems with the neighbors. The location close to the beach and the charming port of Herbaudière was an undeniable asset. We recommend this listing for families or groups of friends.

Frédéric's apartment is ideally located with a superb view of the sea and the harbor. The terrace is well exposed and sheltered from the prevailing winds, we had lunch in the sun at noon on December 23rd...! The equipment is enough for this type of accommodation, nothing to repeat. The cabin is indeed very narrow, large and/or large people will hardly be able to wash themselves. The bottom bed of 140 cm in the bedroom is inconvenient, insufficient height to sit down to read, entry and exit a little acrobatic and ladder flush with the head... That said, we had a nice stay and communication with Frédéric was always clear and cordial.

Property in a good location and very well-equipped. Great for the group with kids we were. The hosting and communication was very good. You can book without a second thought.

We had a great week in this house despite mixing weather. The house is very well decorated and furnished. The courtyard is very pleasant and convenient for getting dressed up when returning from the beach with a nice outdoor shower. The rooms are pleasant too and we sleep there peacefully because the street is very quiet. Sandrine and David are very kind and welcoming. The house is 50m from the beach and the embankment which was still under construction this week. Shops are also nearby, 3 minutes' walk.

Super nice house with a great garden. We had a great vacation in Christine's house with 4 adults and 3 children. We were received in a very friendly manner by Christine and were allowed to park our cars in the parking lots in advance. The house is very tasteful and cozy furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. With the new pool, the children in particular got their money's worth. You can walk to the city or the beach very quickly. All in all, a great place to stay! We will be happy to come back :)

We were a family of 5 adults and 2 kids (6 and 2). The sleeping arrangements worked out very well and the kids really loved the playroom and swimming pool. The beaches (one within easy walking distance and one a 4/5 minute drive away) were excellent (no showers though?) with nice beach bars/restaurants. The nearby zoo is worth a visit - clean and the animals looked well looked after. All in all an excellent family holiday.
