The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Unusual air-conditioned cabin

Atypical 15 m2 air-conditioned accommodation in the countryside, ideal for spending a night for 2/4 people. Fully equipped (combined microwave oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker with capsules available, hotplate, fridge). Towels provided, beds made on arrival and cleaning included. Ideally located 15 minutes from Le Pal, near the Rcea exit and 20 minutes from Moulins, independent accommodation with parking space. Pets not allowed. Self check-in with a key box.

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. The Gîte de la Montagne, located in Saint-Prix, will allow you to enjoy nature in complete tranquility. The small furnished building is ideal for a quiet holiday, with a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a mezzanine for sleeping. The sofa bed in the living room allows you to stay up to 4 people. The private terrace, with shade and sun nooks, offers you views of the surrounding nature. Perfect for a holiday in the countryside.

The comfort and setting as well as the two wood stoves make it a warm place where the desire to settle down and enjoy the present moment predominate. You can walk or bike to many hiking trails. The garden furniture will allow you to contemplate the setting around a meal with family or friends.

Isolated cottage located in the Morvan Natural Park, about 3 km from Lake Settons, in the middle of 10 hectares of woods facing a pond, where you can swim, take a pedal boat ride or fish (fishing equipment not provided) At your disposal with accessories: Barbecue, boulodrome, ping pong table, pedal boat, darts and for children: trampoline, swings, water slides, Calm, escape and relaxation guaranteed.

Our lovely house is comfortable and pleasant to live in. New! Air conditioning is installed ! You will love relaxing in this quiet place, surrounded by countryside and nature, have a look at stars in the sky and breathe pur air. It is perfect for couples, lonely travellers, families with children and pets. A new pond has been created for nature and fishing lovelers.

4 m2 wooden teepee, mini-camping on the farm!

Small wooden teepee of 4 m2, heated with small electric heater! There is just a 2-seater mattress inside, sheets are provided + the duvet! For sanitary facilities, you will have a hot shower area + dry toilet 30 m from the teepee, in a module under the greenhouse. The kitchen is also under the unheated greenhouse!

Small pleasant house with great views and large terrace in small Bourguignon village, 30 minutes from Vézelay and 45 minutes from Nevers. Relaxing setting, many walking paths. Shops 2 km away. Note that the accommodation is located upstairs and does not have land but has a pleasant and spacious terrace.
