This 125 m2 L-shaped building built in 2025 is super bright. Its east-south orientation allows you to enjoy the sun while being sheltered from the sea wind. Fully equipped, everything is new and of very high quality. The 180 x 200 KING SIZE EMMA HYBRID 2 beds are great. The view of the valley and the barn painted by Claude Monet in 1890 invites you to daydream. Access to the beach in 10 minutes on foot by a small quiet path. 700 m from the beach of Pourville, close to the seaside resort of Varengeville sur Mer (famous for its museums, classified church, shops, restaurants and sublime walks), this Anglo-Norman property enjoys an exceptional location. In the heart of a wooded and landscaped flower park of 4 hectares, this family house is located in an exceptional real estate complex enjoying an incredible sea view from the park. The Norman farmhouse-style building offers flawless comfort.

The Norman gîte

Oubliez vos soucis dans ce logement spacieux et serein. Proche avenue verte, situé entre Dieppe et Neufchâtel en Bray, ce logement peut accueillir de 5 à 7 personnes (1 chambre avec 1 lit double, 1 chambre avec 1 lit double et un lit simple, 1 canapé convertible dans le salon). Cuisine équipée avec plaques à gaz, lave vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, cafetière et réfrigérateur. Draps fournis, linge de toilette sur demande. Forfait ménage possible (40 euros).

Le soir, profitez du bain nordique chauffé au bois sous les étoiles (en option). La tour comprend une pièce à vivre, une chambre et une salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée. Un jardin privatif avec salon de jardin et barbecue vous permettra de profiter pleinement du calme de la campagne.
