The garden is idyllic with grape vines, a quiet dining area with barbecue, and a beautiful olive tree in the middle. (Parkingplace outside) The house is located in the heart of the charming old village in Saint Jeannet, just 30 min from Nice airport.

Beware Roquebrune village is a medieval town totally pedestrian, in order to reach the house there are steps on the way so not suitable to limited mobility guests.

The Maset is an old farmhouse restored as a duplex, bedroom and living room on the ground floor, with interior and exterior stairs, laundry room with washing machine and storage room. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.60 m) with en-suite bathroom and toilet. The living room, with modern kitchenette, has a pull-out bed, a sofa and a separate toilet. The pool, located 30 meters away, is heated and equipped with a pool house with shower, toilet and refrigerator.
