It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. Family home renovated in 2017. With friends and family, we simply enjoy the scenery, outdoor life, practical and elegant interior, 4 bedrooms. Beautiful terrace, barbecue, swimming pool, you almost don't need to go out...but there are so many sports, cultural and gourmet activities outside... Be careful of the many pools, swimming pool, sloping ground, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles in small children or people with limited mobility.

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.
