Two parking spots in the closed and secure courtyard. Ten minutes from Lake Bourget and Aix-Les-Bains. Lots of hikes nearby. Shops five minutes away. Bright, pleasant and well-equipped house. Venez séjourner dans cette magnifique grange retapée, veille de plus de 300 ans. Il y règne un microclimat de détente, de zénitude et de vacances très spécial, avec une vue paradisiaque! Un côté de Provence en Chartreuse en somme ! J'habite dans cette maison et la libère quand je suis réservé afin de vous la laisser de manière privatisé. Vous avez donc accès à toute la maison sauf ma chambre et mon garage. Je laisse par contre mes chats, roxy et gribouille.

House built in 2010, modern style very pleasant to live in, surface area 190 m2, 4 rooms (1 parental bedroom with bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms with a bed 160x200 / room; on the first floor 1 additional bed 150x190 cm, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs). Loud music that could be an issue with the neighborhood is strictly forbidden as well as dancing on the heating floor, which is not a dancefloor.
