Within walking distance of the nearest ski slopes.<br>The chalet offers an open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, complemented by a fireplace. An internal balcony offers mountain views, and garden access lets you enjoy the outdoors on the deck with table and chairs.<br>A hot tub is being installed ready for winter!<br><br>

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.
