This small cottage in Vendée combines nature and tranquility. it has been recently renovated on a 3500 m² plot that is completely closed and secure. It is decorated with a private enclosed garden, with its barbecue area. It is located 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Vendée: Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie or Noirmoutier, 45 minutes from Les Sables-d'Olonne and 85 km from Le Puy du Fou. We are 2.5 km from the village with all its shops and restaurants.

Quiet wooden chalet, under the pines and on a beautiful and large landscaped plot, by the sea. Direct access to the beach. Gîte in a property with a main building hosting two other gîtes (one 4-6 people, one 2 people) and a small house rented year-round at the entrance. Isolated property, by the sea, Natura 2000 protected area, just 2.5 km from the train station and the center of Les Moutiers with local shops and 15 min from the old port of Pornic and supermarkets.

It enjoys, thanks to its private access and the property that surrounds it, absolute calm.

15 minutes from the beaches, this cottage in a quiet area will allow you to enjoy a heated indoor pool (from Easter to All Saints' Day), a swimming lake with sandy beach (mid-June to mid-September), and play areas for children. This 42 m2 chalet, not overlooked and air-conditioned, comfortable in all seasons on a 350 m2 plot, totally closed, has a covered terrace of 12 m2. It is equipped with a TV (satellite dish) and a Wi-Fi connection in the chalet.

You're staying in a wooden chalet that I built with my own hands. It is south-facing in a very peaceful area. A few meters away, you can enjoy the bike paths to go to the beaches, on the embankment, to the port and why not to Talmont St Hilaire by the coastal road? 1 km away, you have one of the best bakeries and +2 km away all the local shops. So book, I'll welcome you! STUDENT: Long-term rental available from Sunday evening to Friday morning.
