Holiday rentals with lake access in Saint-Jean-de-Monts

A huge thank you to Frédéric because we had a great weekend!!! We recommend this place, if you would like to stop at Les Sables d 'olonne do not hesitate. A listing that fits every aspect of the description and see more. We put the car (in a secure place) and visited the sands of olonne for three days by bike really very pleasant, because close to the center, the beaches ... It makes you want to come back!! Lovely hosts! After our journey of more than 9 hours, we were able to find "the house of happiness" (as the entrance carpet says). It was warm, welcoming, and the little extras in the fridge were more than welcome. Big plus for the air conditioning which is not mentioned but present (do not hesitate to add it to your description, it was a good surprise!) And a huge favorite for the bedding (we've never slept so well!) In short, we can only recommend Alain and Anne Sophie, and we will not hesitate to return to their home on our next visit

Nice private house in an excellent location (very close to Sauveterre beach & surf spot, close to shops and city center), with a beautiful garden. Pictures and description matched the listing, check in and check out smooth thanks to the helpful local agent Christine.

We had a very nice stay with our 2 children. The area is very peaceful, I had the pleasure of walking / running around the nearby lake - it's a big plus :-) The stay went impeccably and we even ended with a BBQ on our private terrace. Great accommodation, very well-equipped, clean and very functional, in a very nice neighborhood, close to everything but especially the beach which is accessible by a small pine forest! A little extra for the balcony, which is really nice for lunch. Delphine was very responsive and pleasant by message, she was also flexible on our arrival and departure, a big thank you once again :)

The welcome was warm and attentive, and Jean-Yves, our host, was simply great: available, responsive and very friendly. It immediately feels like a home away from home. If you're looking for entertainment, karaoke, noise: it's not here. BUT the calm, the tranquility in a beautiful setting, very close to the Gois de Noirmoutier and the oyster parks is here. Friendly welcome, well laid out cottage. Thank you Edith and Thierry.

Very pleasant stay in the accommodation, good amenities (air conditioning, oven, microwave, washing machine, plancha, crib if needed etc.), private garden, parking space glued to the accommodation so convenient for luggage Two swimming pools at the reception one outside ( not heated) and one heated interior so impeccable Close to Les Sables D’Olonne by car I recommend it!
