Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Come and experience an unusual night in complete privacy and take a break perched in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan vineyards. This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. 15 m2 fully renovated room located 10 minutes from the airport. Including a bedroom with a large double bed. You will have a coffee maker and tea kettle. A bathroom with toilet and sink. An outdoor area has been set up with a table. We live in front of the airport under an air corridor, so we treated the sound insulation of this room as best we could. Being next to the airport you will easily find a taxi or a private driver.
