Charming quiet farmhouse close to the city center and the Loire. Everything is available in the accommodation, just like at home. The accommodation is non-smoking, but there are ashtrays available in the garden. Free parking is available on an adjacent street. You will also find a supermarket and public transport 10 min walk away. Linens and towels are not provided but we offer a linen+towel rental for 15 euros per bed payable on arrival.

Built in wood, it is bright, comfortable in all seasons and environmentally friendly. Max capacity 4 guests and 1 baby. The house is located at the gates of Orléans, on the "Loire by bike" route and close to Sologne. Close to the city center, La Source, La Comet etc... Come and discover this unique site. Between the Loire and the Canal d 'Orléans, charming studio. You love the Loire, canoeing and bike rides, Agnes and Francis welcome you, within a protected site, in this independent, comfortable, 27 m2 studio with direct access to the towpath.

The studio, south facing, has private access which is at the edge of the towpath, which is part of the very long European "Transibérique" bike path. The Loire runs along the canal: located between the two, the seawall takes you to the center of Orleans 6 km away. Wonderful, popular walking site, has retained the charm of the former mariners' village. Charming, quiet and a change of scenery characterize this place.
