Beautiful apartment with great views, very peaceful surroundings and a lovely pool area and private outdoor area. Yvan and Peter are very friendly and make great hosts. Quite a long drive up a very windy mountain road to get to the Airbnb but becomes a lot easier with practice and the Airbnb was easy to find with clear instructions on how to check in! Perfect location for day trips to all the towns on the Côte d’Azur!

It was cleaner and more comfortable than I imagined!When I opened the door, I was greeted by the pleasant scent of linen, and I was able to relax. Memo was very kind from the first message, and provided information about the luggage storage facility before check-in, so I was able to enjoy Nice from the first day. The location is also perfect and it is on the side of the main station, so it is convenient when going far away! I would definitely like to stay again.

We had a fantastic week at Christophe and Fabrice's apartment. They were very helpful and let us drop are bags off early while they cleaned the place. Christophe and Fabrice were also vey responsive to our querires before and during our stay. We were met by Fabrice who was very friendly and gave us a great introduction to the apartment and Nice. The apartment was in an ideal location. 10 minutes walk to the station and 5 minutes walk away from the nearest tramm stop and the beach. Considering its location it was also relatively calm and quiet in the evening. The terrace was great place to wind down with a glass of wine at the end of the day. Lovely decor. Could not find any faults with the place. Thank you Christophe and Fabrice.

We loved staying at Diego’s Airbnb. This was our second time in Nice and really loved the location of this Airbnb. Diego was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had on Airbnb! He was super responsive and helpful with all questions . We also loved the extra touches he had around the Airbnb and really made the experience special. The bathroom was spotless and the rain shower is amazing. We were also grateful for the washing machine with everything we needed provided. Would highly recommend and don’t hesitate to book!

We had a very nice stay in the flat! It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was ideal, with walking distance to many of the city's attractions, restaurants and shops. In addition, the apartment was close to the train station, which made it very easy to go on day trips to other cities in the area. All in all, a great place we'd love to come back to!

We had an amazing 3 night stay in Nice. The apartment was spotless - we felt right at home, with the bonus of such a large outdoor terrace - and is well located near a tram station and a choice of supermarkets and bakeries. We could not have been more delighted with Isabelle's jewel box of an apartment in the heart of Old Nice! It included everything we could have wanted and more, from stylish and comfortable furniture and high-quality linens to an excellent shower, well-equipped kitchen (with washing machine!), good coffee, welcome bottle of rosé, abundant bottled water, and even beach towels, mats, and umbrellas! We appreciated the air conditioning and oscillating fan in the bedroom; despite the apartment being surrounded by neighborhood bustle, it was remarkably quiet and serene—we slept soundly! It was immediately clear when we booked that Isabelle was an experienced host. In addition to providing clear and detailed instructions and information about the apartment, she was so thoughtful in offering terrific suggestions to help us narrow the options from so many good nearby places to eat and drink. Our only regret is that we just stayed two nights, but it was simply perfect and we will be back!!!

The apartment is about a 17-minute walk from the city centre, making it a convenient yet peaceful location. It's close to a Carrefour supermarket, which is handy for groceries. The flat itself is clean, compact, and cozy - perfect for a comfortable stay. It’s well-equipped with everything you might need.

Super conveniently located to the tram and very nice, modern bathroom. And there was even a bottle of rosé waiting to welcome us! Perfect!

Lovely accommodation in one of the finest residences in peaceful Menton Garavan. Generous host couple who cared for us. Stylish with all facilities and needs met, surrounded by a wonderful garden. A big plus for the large terrace, the view and the private small pool. We can't wait to go!

Martha's AirBnB is in an incredible location. We enjoyed only having to step out the door to be on the Promenade des Anglais where we went on long walks every evening. This apartment/condo is definitely on the larger side for European standards and there was more than enough space for all 4 of us. Having 2 separate bathrooms was very convenient. We wouldn't hesitate to book this AirBnB again!

This place was incredibly convenient, located very close to the Cannes Lions venue. Whenever I had any issues, the host responded immediately, which was a huge help. The amenities and thoughtful touches—like slippers and other essentials—went far beyond any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Cannes. Truly exceptional hospitality.

We spent a wonderful month at Isabelle’s place. She was so friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to meet her. She felt like an old friend by the end of the month. Her apartment was very clean and comfortable, bright, airy, cool with great breezes, very well equipped, beautifully decorated and obviously well-loved and cared for. Isabelle was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She was there to meet us and say goodbye. The apartment was close to restaurants, shops and transport. We will definitely stay there again when we come back next year to see our daughter. I highly recommend this apartment.

It was a clean and pretty accommodation. The advantage of being spacious and comfortable was very great, and it was nice to feel at home while staying in a somewhat unfamiliar city called Nice. Above all, the host's response was very quick and friendly, so I felt reassured.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

Could not say enough good things about the apartment and the host. Solange is friendly, hospitable and has excellent communication. She showed me around the apartment and the grounds and allowed me to store my bags before check in and after check out. The apartment is a nice studio that doesn’t feel cramped. The pool is right next to the ocean so you can hear it while you relax but is private and not very busy. It’s the perfect place to stay. There is a grocery store right across the street as well, and an easy walk from the train station. I cannot wait to come back!

We received a warm and very friendly welcome from Valerie and Pascal. They shared generosity and were great tips! Their lovely home is very clean and well equipped. We recommend it to everyone and will return without hesitation!

My husband and myself, along with 3 young adult children stayed at Anna's beautiful home for 7 days. With the home being 4 floors, we each had plenty of space for ourselves as well as common areas - kitchen, living, balcony to spend time together. The location was perfect - easily walkable to the train station and all the restaurants/shops in old town Antibes, as well as the beach! Easy access to other areas in the French Riviera by train (i.e. Cannes, Monaco, Nice, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anna's home and can't think of any amenity that was missing. Highly recommend, especially for families or larger groups!

We had a lovely stay at Johanna's. The house is superb. there is nothing lacking. The pool is lovely. Johanna was very responsive to a little extra bed issue. The issue was quickly resolved thanks to the kindness of her neighbors as well. Thanks to them.

What a fantastic stay at Villa Les 3 Chandelles ! My entire family will definitly remember the amazing moments we spent at the swimming pool looking at the mountains. The property is fully equiped with everything we may need. So much place to feel confortable and to have privacy. We felt at home right away with a warm welcoming from Julie & Adrien. They have been amazing with us, sharing all types of tips and recommandations on the area. We will definitly come back as soon as possible. We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !

Wonderfull hosts! Slight language barrier but they tried EVERYTHING to communicate. We could ask anything whenever we wanted. The place itself looks better than the photos
