Had a wonderful family gathering at Jenna’s home. Great kitchen for cooking and playing games with a large group. Enjoyed relaxing on the deck. Golf, shopping and restaurants were close by!

This place was wonderful with beautiful views from the screened in porch or the fire pit area. Spacious interior with an open plan for the kitchen, dining, living areas. Well stocked for playing a variety of outdoor games, we played wiffle ball with our son, they had equipment for a variety of sports such as a pickleball court, rubber bases for wiffle ball or kick ball, and more.

Great spot to rest and relax with our big group. Everyone loved the stocked pond right out back and spent the majority of our time enjoying the giant covered deck. Had a good campfire one night thanks to Bruce bringing over some firewood. Next time will bring a fire starter log and/or kindling, but thanks to some cardboard pizza boxes and scavenging some twigs, we finally got things going! Kitchen well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. Only strange thing was the lack of glassware. We ended up using the plastic kids cups, which was fine.

We were so pleased to have the home be exactly as it was described and have so many things to do. It was very spacious and had accommodations for all of our family. The pool was awesome and the game area downstairs kept us all entertained when we could be in the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed plus things you wouldn’t think of normally. Definitely recommend this home.

Julia was a lovely host, and the property was wonderful. It’s such a great location, with just a short drive away from Kansas City and St. Joseph. Would absolutely recommend for an event, family reunion, or another occasion where you need plenty of space for guests. Thank you so much!!

Food, fun and family. It doesn’t get much better than that. Our family needed rooms, beds and space for adults and children. The Barndo was perfect, especially with the upstairs suite available. This may have been the cleanest Airbnb I have stayed in. Paul was very responsive to all questions no matter how insignificant the question may have been. The views were spectacular and the quiet was much needed. This property has the feel of the country, but is close enough to drive to the fabulous KC Zoo or go to the stadium to cheer in the Royals (we did both). Thank you Paul for a memorable weekend.

I book Robs place for my team coming into town for training. He communicated exceptionally well before and during the stay. He made early check in available, when a leak was identified in the basement he responded immediately.

We had an absolutely delightful experience staying at Second Door Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations for our group. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need. The beds was incredibly comfortable, and the little thoughtful touches, like multiple air mattresses made it feel like a home away from home for the big group we had. This stay is great for sports teams and keeping the players, coaches and parents in one spot! Couldn't ask for more!

What a beautiful home in the country! Shannon was an amazing communicator and very helpful in the very few instances needed. The house was extremely clean and had all of the things, small and large, needed for the trip. I also had 2 dogs with me on the trip and Shannon had 2 dog kennels in an air conditioned garage that worked out perfectly for the couple of times I left the house for longer lengths of time. I also worked from the house for a few days and used the little office under the stairs. Overall, a solid property that I would love to stay at again on future trips back home to the KC outskirts. I’m so grateful to have found Brian’s place. It was perfect for the time we needed it. The garage was great for laying out all our suitcases for our upcoming overseas move. The bouncy castle was perfect for using to celebrate our toddler’s birthday. The house had everything you could need and more. Any time we thought of something we needed, Brian had it already- such a relief! We appreciated the master bedroom shower, water pressure was much better than at our house. Next time we will bring our own blackout curtains though. Brain was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Even though it rained the day before he made sure to put the bounce house out at the right time for our party. We even accidentally left behind a teddy bear and Brian mailed it to us! Our dogs enjoyed the back yard and our parents also were able to stay with us instead of having to all stay in a different hotel. So convenient! Overall, I’m grateful to have found Brian’s place.

Wonderful location that provided plenty of space for our large group! The home was very clean and provided everything we needed. Excellent and timely communication from the hosts!

David and Alla were AMAZING! This was the single best AirBnB stay we have ever had. Our hosts went above and beyond with their amazing hospitality. There were some fresh items in the fridge, and some snacks. They also had personal touches that were very special. I felt like we left as friends. I recommend them very strongly as great hosts!

Place was perfect for a family of 8 and pet friendly! Everything was clean and great location! Backyard isn’t fenced, neighbors dogs come out and bark at noise which was annoying but not fault of Airbnb! Drive way was inclined and we did scrape at first but if you come in and out at angle, it was fine!

Great stay. Lisa was fantastic. Will be back.

This house was the perfect escape for our girls’ weekend! Beautiful and secluded residence but very conveniently located to restaurants, walking trails, and the airport. The host was proactive, friendly and communicative. The space was clean, cozy, and well- stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed sipping our coffee out on the back patio and admiring the flower gardens planted there. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a KC getaway!
