In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

The apartment includes 1 large bedroom with bed 1 sofa and 1 single bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 x shower 1 wc You have access through the boiler room to the garden. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is quiet.
