Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint-Julien-de-Peyrolas

Thank you for hosting us, we really enjoyed your place, the children's area, the pool and the pétanque court are really an asset, we felt good and we will be back!

Pascale is attentive and available when needed. The place is incredible, "immersion in nature" guaranteed. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the pool despite summer temperatures (stay at the end of May) The only small downside with regard to the cottage "Les Noisetiers" is the shared terrace. We were alone most of the time but would not rent this cottage with neighbors. View and direct access to the terrace. If you plan to stay on site and cook, the equipment and facilities are a little basic for elaborate dishes. So if you are looking for authenticity and simplicity, go for it.

Small but comfortable accommodation for 2 people, in line with the photos presented and located on a nice little square close to shops, cafes, restaurants and the banks of the Drôme. It is also 2 steps from the hiking departures. Julie and Guilhem are accommodating for arrival and departure times. I recommend it. Michel.

We had a remarkable stay as a family in this peaceful retreat! Comfort, peace, environment, nature, everything was together! Laeticia's place is welcoming and warm, it feels at home. It offers all the equipment you need for a relaxing and quality holiday. In addition, it is perfectly located for visiting the surroundings as well as for walking to discover the hiking trails. Stay of only one night, but very good contact with Murielle, impeccable accommodation, which I highly recommend. The little extra of the garage is not negligible (be careful if you have a big car, but my Tiguan AllSpace fit in without problems). I would come back if I get the chance.

Claire and Dominique are very friendly people and attentive to their guests. quiet and relaxing accommodation with a large terrace with panoramic views. Everything is done on foot from the accommodation to the center of Balazuc and the Ardèche river. we recommend Claire and Dominique's accommodation 100% we had a great time.

A slice of heaven!!! Everything was in place for a dream weekend. Rental in accordance with the description but even more: the welcome of the hosts, their kindness, their benevolence, the magnificent setting, decorated with great taste. Very good stay in Saint Matin d'Ardèche at Florence's. The cottage is conveniently located for beautiful visits in less than 45 minutes (Vallon Pont d'Arc, Sautadet waterfalls ….The river and shops are within walking distance (good restaurants..) The cottage is tastefully decorated and has excellent amenities. Recommended Just one tiny downside: adjust the triggering of the lamp on the petanque court at sunset…

Beautiful little loft, welcoming and fully equipped, the place is quiet, the terrace is comfortable and the garden very pleasant, the jacuzzi allows for small relaxing moments, the stay was perfect, just like Remi, always available and attentive!

We had a wonderful stay in this home village right in Balazuc, a very typical village in Ardèche. We could walk right from our place to “calades” in the village, paths in the surrounding area, the beach next to the Ardèche river, many opportunities right from the doorsteps. The place was nice and cool during hot summer days, the back patio is very private and great for summer dinners. The kitchen is equipped for simple family meals. We never met the host, it was a simple lockbox check-in. Overall great stay!

We had a great family stay at Mélanie and Cédric's! The house is very large and has all the amenities to accommodate the 12 people we were, where everyone could have their own space. The terrace, barbecue, bocce court and swimming pool were very popular. Many thanks to Cédric and Mélanie for their hospitality and the very easy communication before and during the stay. I recommend it without hesitation and the whole family joins me!

The apartment is located in a charming little village in a wonderful landscape. From there, you can undertake many activities and excursions, especially by bicycle. The lovingly furnished apartment corresponds exactly to the descriptions of Natacha, who takes very good care of the guests. We have now caught an extremely hot week in June, where we would have been happy about air conditioning... We will definitely come back, as we still have some activities open. A & A

We had a very nice and relaxing time. The apartment was great for us, it had everything we needed and the view is beautiful. You can hear the rushing water, which was very calming for us. Great stay at William's with our three children. Perfect welcome, William is very attentive. Very good tips on activities to do near the accommodation (walking, kayaking, village to visit...). It's very rare to find this kind of accommodation, which is also qualitative. This allowed us to have an excellent stay, we didn't want for anything, the amenities were of quality, impeccable, the apartment is spacious, quiet, clean, and we had a nice welcome gift upon arrival. Perfect accommodation for doing everything on foot, from the beach to shopping and restaurants. Communication with Stephanie and Nicole was very easy. We'll be happy to go back!
