Bonjour, Venez passer de belles vacances dans ce beau studio présent sur notre terrain de 1200 m2. Une terrasse sera à votre disposition pour vous accueillir lors de vos repas. It consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (about 75 m²). Large garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Child-safe swimming pool (8 x 4 m), shared with the owners. It is reserved exclusively for hosted tenants. (the pool is open as soon as the temperature and weather conditions permit).

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private.
