Renovated barn in rural areas and close to the coast. Large enclosed garden and swimming thanks to its unheated pool open from mid-May to mid-October. Pool available to tenants and owners (By flexible time slots) Equipped with all comforts. Linens, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private. It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.
