Great place, lots of charm and the different indoor and outdoor spaces are very beautiful and very nice. 100% consistent with the photos, perfect for a stay with family with children or friends. The house is quiet while being located close to all amenities. Available and responsive host. We will come back, I recommend 150%, the whole family loved this very beautiful house with very pleasant exteriors. The living room with the fireplace to end the day quiet is a real plus

We had a great stay in Mimizan. The house is ideal for one (this was our case) to two couples with children. Close to the beach. Close to shops. Everything is done on foot. I can only recommend this place:) Another big thank you to Candide

We had a great stay at Yves and Scarlett's, everything was perfect! The accommodation is very nice, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for our two children (cot, high chair, toys...). The garden is beautiful and quiet, and we really enjoyed the pool, the jacuzzi and the net. We will come back without hesitation!

The best place for your perfect surfing holiday! Dreamy, stylish decorated, well equipped beach house facing the dune 🤩. Perfect sandbars to choose from just over the dune. Superfriendly, flexibel host. I couldn’t recommanded it more. Great job 👌😱🥰

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

The house is exactly as described and is finished to a very high standard. There are top quality appliances, furniture & amenities throughout. It was also very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The house is very well located. Hossegor is full of great restaurants & shops. The lake is a 3 minute drive (also walkable) and the ocean is about 8mins. Etienne was a great host. He was very responsive & helpful before and during our stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. We would happily come back again.

Peggy and his husband are at the top and very responsive. Impeccable accommodation, is very very well equipped with a great garden with a gate, really ideal when you have young children. The residence with pool is a real plus, especially when you have scorching heat. 15 min driving from the Contis beach and 20 min from Mimizan. Saint julien en born and the neighboring villages are great small Landes villages with all the shops available. We recommend

Chris and Lotte have done a fantastic sympathetic restoration, of a very fine and spacious 1930s house, in a secluded and tranquil setting. It makes a perfect base for exploring delightful local surroundings, or further afield to the likes of San Sebastián. Chris and Lotte are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

An exceptional location, a breathtaking view that we never tire of contemplating, a very neat decoration and a quality equipment where nothing is missing ... Great! That's the only word that comes to mind. The owners have created a place where you feel as good or better as at home. The focus is on quality (appliances, dishes, bedding...) and good taste. The garden is fantastic and we were able to bring our 4 dogs to this totally secure space, even for runaways (a great relief of mind). House ideally located not far from amenities. The road that passes nearby is very discreet thanks to the positioning and layout of the garden. Friendly welcome and discreet stay but always available, the ideal hosts for us. In short, an ideal base for a successful stay in the moors. A big thank you to Nathalie for creating this place.

We had a very good night at this beautiful country house, ideal for relaxing. The house was perfectly as advertised and impeccably clean. The bedding is very comfortable and the two bathrooms are a real plus. Christelle was very responsive and pleasant in our exchanges. And for evenings without a kitchen, a nearby pizzeria (13 minutes walk or 2 minutes' drive) does the job perfectly.

Thanks to Thomas for allowing us to visit Mimizan and the surrounding area. Thanks to his advice, we were able to discover beautiful places. Great value for the price We were able to bring our 2 dogs which is really an advantage. There is a Supermarket not far away if needed. Downtown is 5 min away and beaches are 10 or 15min max. Thank you for this trip ✌🏻

A beautiful house in a beautiful location. We did not want to leave! Clochette made us feel so very welcome as soon as we arrived and was very helpful throughout our stay. Great, perfectly equipped vacation home, very well maintained. Very well located for beach visits and excursions. Even a quiet day in the house is fun. Very friendly welcome, extensive and uncomplicated briefing. We have already been there for the second time and would love to come back because everything fits wonderfully.

Fantastic location, a great home for a large family. The pool and space was excellent. only criticism was the hot water for the showers doesn't last long if lots of people are staying. highly recommend the house and local area. contis beach is a must.

The accommodation is very pleasant, bright, and the terrace overlooks the very quiet countryside Impeccable cleanliness and Pascale was very accommodating and available for departure and arrival times (and thank you again for the cherry tomatoes from the garden) Ideally located accommodation, the village is nearby (large area within walking distance) and very dynamic with many shops and beaches 10-15 minutes away

Small quiet house with a large terrace, sheltered from view, perfect for small children (sandy beach). Easy parking on the street right next door. After all, it's all on foot. Quiet and unspoiled village. Claudie is very nice and responsive. We'll be back. Great discovery.

We took a short break from vanlife and loved this cottage. It is simply cozy and the garden and terrace with the many seating areas are great. You wake up and hear the birds chirping ... otherwise it is very quiet. Emmanuel is super nice. I highly recommend this place.
