We fully enjoyed our weekend with friends. Beautiful architectural villa in the heart of a large green park along the Seine. The children and the adults had a blast!

A perfect cottage for a weekend in the countryside with friends or family. The decoration is carefully thought out, everything is very clean and the setting is warm and bucolic. The composition of the two lodgings with a reception area is pleasant and flowing. It felt good there. I highly recommend. Thank you Fanny for your hospitality and flexibility.

La maisonette was a perfect place for our getaway. The house is very quaint and beautifully decorated. We had all the amenities we needed and felt right at home. The terrace and the swimming pool were perfect for this warm weather and enjoyed every minute of it. Cynthia is a great host and would definitely recommend staying at her place if you are looking for a peaceful home close to the city and the lake.

Philippe was accommodating for an early and independent arrival, we thank him for his availability. Communication was fast and efficient with all the answers to our questions The house is faithful to the description and photos. We felt comfortable there (family of 4 children/2 adults) The rooms are spacious. The exterior is a real plus to enjoy the beautiful weather (terrace, garden, BBQ) The house is also quiet. There is room to park several cars in front of the house. The equipment of the house is nice, like the bed linen and towels. only small downside in our eyes, the wooden bed that squeaks a lot and the bathroom door upstairs that squeaks too (annoying for the children's sleep if you want to go there discreetly)

We had a great weekend! The house is beautiful in a very quiet village, we loved it. It is very well located and Troyes remains accessible very easily, Les Riceys is a 10-minute drive away, same for Bar sur Aube. This makes it easy to shop, for example. We ended with a walk on the heights of the village with a beautiful panorama of the vineyards and the surrounding countryside.

Hello Yann and Mélissa.- you have the most fantastic Villa. Everything you can think of has been thought through in great detail and accommodated. Inside and Outside are brilliant and the weather this week helped too. Our son has limited mobility, so having a place where its completely flat is a bonus- and to anyone else traveling with limited mobility- its the perfect place to relax and enjoy, without worrying about steps . A real gem of a villa and we will certainly be back- Well done both for providing a brilliant villa to rent- Thanks Paul, Tara & Harry

The location of the house is ideal for enjoying the lake (5-minute walk). The house is functional and charming. All the necessary equipment is present to enjoy your stay. Host accommodating, available and friendly. A large heated swimming pool with no neighbors opposite. An inner courtyard for parking. We'll be back with pleasure:)

Very beautiful home and a large green space with the pool to enjoy the tranquility of the place. Lots of beds available. Small attraction with the reception of kittens and the dog (who is gifted with a ball). Very nice welcome from the hosts who were able to answer our questions and who were available during the stay.
