La Villa, a sumptuous gîte nestled in the heart of the Moulin de Chappes estate. This magnificent 215 m² architect's house is located in the middle of the mill's natural park. With its large beds (160-180) and cathedral-style living room, it offers a warm and welcoming setting for your stay. You can enjoy the outdoors while being indoors. La Maisonette welcomes you 2 minutes from the highway, quiet in the countryside. Listing depends on our family property. The exteriors (pool, children's cabin, garden) are shared. I make sure to preserve everyone's privacy, but it is possible that we could meet by the poolside, always kindly. Room for 2 more independent people available via La Suite Campagne Chic, for a stay with family or friends. Heated swimming pool and accessible from May to September.

Welcome to Villa Germaine, house with direct views of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I renovated with the aim of welcoming you for a Burgundian getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be happy to help you have a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backdrops in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Elegant 40m2 accommodation with flower garden. It is located near shops, restaurants and bars. Access by car: 5 min from the train station, 7 from the city center of Troyes, 1 min from the bypass. Free public parking spaces at the foot of the villa. Check-in is self check-in. Public transportation: Bus 1 will take you to the city center and to Mc Arthur. bus 11 will take you to Marque Avenue.

Two authentic group lodgings "Family in Othe". You will stay in Bouilly, a charming hilly village, located 1.5 hours from Paris and 15 minutes from Troyes. We open the doors of an old Champagne house, the Cottage, and its renovated barn. The total capacity of the 2 cottages combined is 20 people. Perfect for family gatherings, for a stay with friends or for business trips and corporate seminars.
