We offer a 2021 renovated home in a quiet area. Parking is available in a closed private courtyard. Hot tub available, reserve 48 hours beforehand and +5 degrees Private terrace and garden with south-facing exposure (garden furniture). Wi-Fi ok Accommodation close to necessary shops (bakery, butcher, doctor's office, tobacco...) Beach 15 min. drive. The marsh is 200 m away, ideal for lovely walks. The farmhouse apartment "L'orange du Vignaud" is a place conducive to disconnection. Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

The fisherman's house

Ideal house for the holidays. Close to the center of Château d'Oléron (10 min walk) typical small classified town, very lively in summer, close to bike paths, close to beach (10 min walk). Shaded garden, not overlooked. Perfect for a relaxing vacation with kids or friends. For winter, there is a pellet stove and electric heaters. The typical Château d'Oléron market is open year-round. The house is pleasant in winter too.
