Lovely and spacious one bedroom apartment, for a couple and up to 4 guests. The apartment is located in a quiet street, and is very secured with a building keeper and video surveillance. While enjoying the calm of the street, you will be close to nice places to eat, a supermarket just 3 minutes walk away, a beautiful park and many shops just close by. Very nice apartment, in the heart of Paris, facing the Eiffel Tower! Bright because located on the top floor (6th with elevator) on a very quiet street. Completely renovated in March 2020 with quality materials and furniture, well-equipped. And of course a very nice terrace to relax, have breakfast in the sun! And in the evening, come and enjoy a good bottle of wine while admiring the illuminated Eiffel Tower!
