Commerces (dont le Outlet Village) et services présents à Nailloux, commune située à 4kms du logement. Le linge de maison (draps, serviettes) fourni avec supplément.

Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

The little country nest

In the countryside, come and rest in this room adjoining the main house with independent entrance and private parking. 160 cm bed, dressing room, high table with stool, fridge, microwave, toaster, shower, toilet. 1 km from the Canal du Midi, 3 km from the nearest village. You can also drive to Toulouse in 25 minutes or in 10 minutes to Nailloux to enjoy the famous village or its lake with Aquaparc. The city of Carcassonne is 1 hour away and Narbonne beach is 1.5 hours away.

Pleasant apartment in the countryside in a quiet area, ground floor of a recent villa, with garden, private parking space in front of the house, bike shelters, independent entrance. The apartment consists of a bedroom area with a double bed, a living room with a sofa and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), TV, air conditioning. Sheets and towels are provided. Pizzeria and restaurant in the village. Close to the Canal du Midi.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Come and discover the farm animals and enjoy many hiking trails from the farm. Come and admire the magnificent view with the Pyrenees, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Indoor pool heated from May to October.
