A change of scene, original and cosy, this house is located in the historic part of town, tucked away in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Part of a manor house, located on the outskirts of the town centre, 3 minutes' walk from the town centre, 10 minutes from the port and 20 minutes from the seaside. Microwave, Espresso, toaster and consumables. Food shops, chemist. Bed linen and towels: 10 euros per person for the duration of the stay. Pets: 10 euros for the stay. No bath

Located 5 Minutes walk from the city center, 15 Minutes walk from the beach and close to a small square with many food shops, house of 65m2 with small terrace. On the ground floor, furnished kitchen, on living room. Upstairs, bathroom, bedroom, and living room. The sleeping area is located on the garden side to enjoy perfect tranquility. For parking, there are free spaces in front of the house or other nearby spaces with a parking disc that I make available.

On request a baby kit made available (umbrella bed, high chair, pot, sunbed, changing mat).

Charming 35m2 duplex house in the heart of Etretat 100m from the beach. On the ground floor a kitchen, a seating area and the bathroom. On the first floor under the roof the bedroom with a queen bed. Possibility to add a mattress. Perfect for a couple without children or with a young child, for a weekend or a few days. The house was completely refurbished in 2021. Bakery, convenience store 20 m away. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental.

Situated in the delightful fishing village of Yport our gite is 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. The gite has 3 bedrooms and is suitable for up to 4 adults plus 2 children/adolescents. Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, WIFI and flat screen TV the gite has a small area outside to relax with a cup of coffee/ tea or drink. Just nearby are are restaurants, a boulangerie, convenience store and butcher.

Gite Les Prunelles – Yport – 200 m from the beach

Charming traditional 140 m2 flint house located 200 m from the beach. Nestled in the valley, in the heart of the atypical village of Yport. Between Etretat (12 km) and Fécamp (7 km). The house can accommodate 10 people. Ideal for families with children and teens or groups of friends. A closed courtyard will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.
