Ty Bihan (~40m2) accueille de 2 à 6 personnes. Plage à 700m, gare à 3 min, loc vélos et supérette à 50m. Chambre avec lit double et lits jumeaux, salon avec canapé-lit. Un équipement bébé est disponible ( pas la peine de surcharger la voiture!) La cuisine : induction, four, micro-onde,frigo, congélateur, et lave -vaisselle ( les parents sont en vacances!). Les enfants trouveront des jeux pour les moments calmes et des jeux de plage pour jouer les pieds dans l’eau. Les beaux jours arrivent !

Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

The Workshop

Small house renovated and enlarged in 2018 located halfway between the port and the Côte Sauvage (Port Lin Beach 500 m away). Warm layout with terrace and garden, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Two bedrooms: the first (140 x 190 bed) and the second with 2 x 80 x 190 convertible into a double bed) a single bed can be added. In Kermouraud, on the Guérandaise peninsula and in the heart of Briere, these three 50 m2 houses await you for a quiet stay near La Baule and the salt marshes. They are all equipped with air conditioning, a 4K TV and all the comfort appliances necessary for a peaceful stay. Possibility to rent electric bikes, paddle and sea canoe. A 180 x 200 bed upstairs and a 160 x 200 sofa bed downstairs. Bathroom with disabled standards.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.
