The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

A comfortable studio with its small personalized terrace on the garden where it's good to rest after long walks in the marshes or by the sea. In Kermouraud, on the Guérandaise peninsula and in the heart of Briere, these three 50 m2 houses await you for a quiet stay near La Baule and the salt marshes. They are all equipped with air conditioning, a 4K TV and all the comfort appliances necessary for a peaceful stay. Possibility to rent electric bikes, paddle and sea canoe. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.
