Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Towels and sheets at an extra charge for a single night booking. €3 per towel and €5 per bed. Remote monitoring system, inactive when guests are present.

In Kermouraud, on the Guérandaise peninsula and in the heart of Briere, these three 50 m2 houses await you for a quiet stay near La Baule and the salt marshes. They are all equipped with air conditioning, a 4K TV and all the comfort appliances necessary for a peaceful stay. Possibility to rent electric bikes, paddle and sea canoe. Stone cottage with terrace and parking. It consists of a living room, dining area, equipped kitchen open to the living room. A bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, a storage shelf with small wardrobe area, a bathroom (walk-in shower) with vanity and toilet. Upstairs, a small attic bedroom with two single beds, a small dresser and storage drawers under a bed.
