The Workshop

Small house renovated and enlarged in 2018 located halfway between the port and the Côte Sauvage (Port Lin Beach 500 m away). Warm layout with terrace and garden, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Two bedrooms: the first (140 x 190 bed) and the second with 2 x 80 x 190 convertible into a double bed) a single bed can be added. As residents next to this house, we can easily help you by responding to your requests for information during your stay.

From all the rooms, beautiful view of the harbor and the sea, very nice location, 100 meters from the beaches. The house is in the heart of Piriac-sur-mer, a small authentic seaside village that smells of Brittany. On site, no need to take your car, all the shops are close by on foot. The market and the beaches too.
