Apartment holiday rentals in Saint-Maixant

This is an amazing flat. It is located in a central area overlooking the botanical gardens. The flat itself is spacious, modern and includes all the amenities you would expect in a high end home. The flat is well maintained and clean. Everything is 15 minutes away by foot (no kidding), the location is that good. We stayed at this flat in the middle of a heat wave, and unfortunately, the flat does not have A/C, but we did not let that ruin our holidays! Bottom line is we would rent this flat again!

J’ai été très très bien accueilli, il est chaleureux, réactif et son appartement est idéalement situé proche de la gare de Langon et de la sortie d’autoroute. Appartement équipé au maximum, avec une climatisation en cas de forte chaleur. Calme et paisible avec un jardin relaxant zen, l’appartement est un véritable havre de paix. Je recommande fortement Michel et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir dès que j’en aurait l’occasion. À bientôt Michel

We have just spent a week at Franks place. The Chartrons district is just wonderfully positioned and the tram stop was almost on the doorstep. The area was very quiet, yet so easy to walk to a multitude of wonderful restaurants. The apartment itself was very well represented by the photographs, and we were really comfy there. It was also nice and cool inside, although our weather was a bit mixed. Two really good fans are available for use. The kitchen is well equipped for basic cooking with plenty of crockery and glassware. The shower was very effective and always hot. Frank met us there to hand over the keys, and checked in with us a couple of times during the stay to make sure we were ok. A thoroughly enjoyable week!

This stay was everything an Airbnb should be and more! Her place was welcoming and so incredibly homey. The design of the apartment is also incredible, with such an attention to detail! The location is also perfect - a quick 20 minute walk to the center of the historic district but tucked away enough to get a full nights rest without any interruptions. Helen was also incredibly responsive and had such fabulous recommendations. Next time we find ourselves in Bordeaux, we know exactly where we’ll be staying!

Très bon logement, emplacement à deux pas du centre et accès parking facile. Les instructions fournies par Françoise étaient claires et l’arrivée flexible.

Laura and Thibault were very kind and accommodating. They provided a childrens cot which made our trip with our baby so much easier!

Logement à la campagne, calme et paisible, parking devant l appartement, tres propre. Nous avons apprécié le linge de lit et de toilettes pour un court séjour. Hotes tres accueillants et arrangeants pour l heure d arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre appartement rénové avec goût, agréable à vivre , lumineux et surtout en plein Centre Historique. Très bien aménagé de la cuisine à la salle de bain, tout ce qui faut -Tout comme à la maison !!! - Un parking gratuit, boulangerie à proximité.. Un Grand Merci à Sabine qui nous a très bien accueilli, sympathique, réactive et très généreuse... Je recommande vivement ce logement à Bergerac , vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

We had a truly wonderful stay at Eva and Eric’s impeccably designed flat in Bordeaux. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and gracious hosts—warm, thoughtful, and attentive. The apartment itself is a design lover’s dream. Every detail is so thoughtfully curated, it’s clear that Eva and Eric are designers with a deep appreciation for authenticity and style. The space feels both elevated and comfortable, blending charm and functionality in a way that made our two-night stay feel like a true retreat. Our family felt completely at home here, and we left inspired by the aesthetic and the care put into every element of the flat. We couldn’t recommend it more highly and hope to return someday!

Gracious hostess. Apartment was spacious, well-lit and beautifully decorated. Bourg is peaceful but we found plenty to do. I enjoyed the municipal pool on hot days. Truly a home away from home.

We absolutely loved staying at Benoit’s home. The location was wonderful and very walkable to everything. The house itself is lovely - beautiful furnishings, art work, and views. The bed was very comfortable for two and very quiet given the location. Having access to parking was a huge plus. We were made to feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Gregoire & Prune’s beautiful apartment. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The quality of the furnishings including kitchenware and wine glasses exceeded our expectations and were all lovely. The lounge room has gorgeous floor to ceiling windows with French doors that open out onto a balcony overlooking a quiet street. The apartment location is great, just a short walk from the tram line, supermarket, restaurants and an amazing bread shop. You can easily walk into central Bordeaux through the beautiful and peaceful Jardin Public. We would highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate at staying there again should we visit Bordeaux. We found Gregorie and Prune to be excellent hosts, who were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

This is a lovely apartment and just as described. It has been very tastefully renovated and the fixtures and fittings are high quality and comprehensive. The location in the old quarter of Bergerac, near the river and close to shops, restaurants and tourist opportunities is first rate and it would be hard to find something better in a 2 bed apartment. Highly recommended and I am sure we will book again in the future.

Stephane and Sylvie were amazing hosts. They gave us great local recommendations, organised a personal winery tour for us and booked in a massage. The location is beautiful, peaceful setting and the pool was fantastic. We booked to have breakfast one morning - it was stunning. Beautiful presentation and lovely food. We highly recommend staying here - truley relaxing.

Lieu de vie vraiment agréable, madame et moi même avons passer une très bonne soirée/nuit. Les hôtes sont réceptifs et réactifs ! Nous recommandons vivement !

Accueil aux petits soins de la part de Johanna. Nous avons visiter le jolie domaine et ensuite nous avons découvert notre logement. Celui ci était exactement comme la description accueillant chaleureux et avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Si vous souhaitez un endroit au calme et relaxant n’hésitez plus c’est auprès de Johanna et Adrien que vous trouverez votre bonheur. Nous reviendrons c’est une certitude.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette suite cocooning parfaitement pensée pour un moment de détente à deux. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par l’ambiance chaleureuse du lieu : l’éclairage tamisé, la décoration soignée donnent immédiatement un sentiment de bien-être. Le jacuzzi privatif est clairement l’un des grands atouts du logement : spacieux, propre, facile à utiliser, et surtout idéal après une journée de balade ou de route. C’est vraiment un plus rare à ce prix et ça transforme complètement l’expérience. Le calme des lieux, malgré la proximité avec Bordeaux. C’est agréable de pouvoir se reposer sans bruit tout en restant à quelques minutes de la ville. L’espace est optimisé de manière intelligente malgré la surface relativement compacte. L’hôte a été accueillant, disponible et réactif. En résumé : un petit cocon idéal pour une escapade romantique, un week-end détente, ou une pause bien méritée. Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon compte tenu des prestations
