Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint Margaret's at Cliffe

Have stayed at Stuart and Heather's place before and enjoyed our stay just as much this time. The house is beautifully appointed and well equipped, and great value compared to many similar places. The sunny little garden is an extra benefit. Stuart and Heather are friendly, responsive hosts too. Would definitely stay again :)

We stayed at Fox Barn over the May half term and, considering it was the school holidays, it was incredibly good value for money. Howard was very responsive to any queries we had and provided us with a great list of things to do and places to eat prior to us travelling down. We found Fox Barn to be perfect for our needs for a week. We were lucky with the weather but the location is absolutely perfect for exploring all that the Kent coastline has to offer. We enjoyed trips to Margate, Broadstairs, Botany Bay and Deal which are all within an hours drive and the kids loved the sandy beaches (particularly at Broadstairs). We also enjoyed Wingham Wildlife Park and Betteshanger Park, riding the mountain bike trails, as well doing some Park Run tourism at Pegwell Bay. For fans of the outdoors there really is so much to do. Fox Barn itself is a wonderful space with excellent size bedrooms, kitchen and a great dining area which we used as a family most mornings. We would happily visit again!

Beautiful cottage well located for the High Street and the beach. Lovely and clean, excellent shower and had a real home from home feel. Everything you needed was provided. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

The barn was beautifully decorated. Clean and very homely. It had plenty of room and was amazing ,with everything we needed for our stay .The outdoor space was perfect again we had good seating,a bbq ,a fire pit and a wood burning hot tub which was perfect and was ready to use when we arrived .We were surrounded by nature it was stunning. Lisa was amazing , she knew exactly what we needed. Her responses were quick and helpful a perfect host and very kind .Lisa was on hand if you needed her but we had perfect privacy . Nothing was too much trouble .I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Location wise was really good ,not far from Sandwich,Ash and the east coast is a short drive away . Beautiful walks , woodland and totally safe for our little dog . I only wish we could have stayed longer , it was the perfect place for peace and tranquility. Thank you Lisa

Just experienced the most perfect 3 day stay, in an absolutely ideal location in Rye. A spotlessly clean, stunning character filled property with low beams, wonky walls and sloping floors, which all add to it's wonderful charm. A very responsive, helpful and kind host, who really wants you to enjoy your time there. No questions too hard and always a very warm prompt response from Becky. We would 100% recommend this property and host, if your looking to book the perfect getaway in Rye. I have been using Airbnb for over 12 years and Wendee is one of the nicest hosts I have had. So kind, communicative and responsive. The house is in a lovely part of the Kent coast that we love, with easy access for cliffs coastal walks and the wonderful Zetland Arms. My husband and I both came down with colds and Wendee was so kind with allowing late check in and late check out, and always responded promptly. The house is beautiful, well-equipped and the living room smells amazing!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. Dee and Jeff were exceptional hosts, very friendly and welcoming. They really do go the extra mile, as all the reviews say - to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The barn was everything I expected and more, you could see there were so many nice personal touches and preparation that went into making our stay as amazing as it was - from the complimentary breakfast (locally sourced), to the mobile charger and bottles of water by the bedside. Also, loved having access to Netflix and Prime! Will absolutely recommend and stay again, maybe in the Autumn/Winter time to take advantage of the log burner and fire pit outside!

Loved the beach access, straight out on to the sands and nice garden to sit in. Easy to use TV with helpful instructions. Lots of kitchen stuff to cook meals, not that we did. Found Chris extremely helpful and very comprehensive instructions for parking, checking in, and all the facilities including photographs.

Lovely weekend away in Margate. 8min walk to town along the promenade from the flat. We came to attend the 80's rewind festival at Dreamland. Found great places for morning coffee along the way too. The flat was located in quiet street, 4 min walk to beach. Jonathan was always responsive if we had a question but everything was so well organised we found what we needed. Will definitely return in the future and would recommend.

Had a lovely weekend in Broadstairs with kids and this was the perfect base. Seaview, central location, great local restaurants. The apartment was great - clean and tidy with lovely spacious living room. Thank you for a great stay!

What a fantastic place - location is superb and right on the beach with short walks to the great restaurants, bars, and cafes of Marget. Amy was super helpful and responsive. Place was clean with stellar accommodations for both kids and adults. The decor is really impressive - love what they've done with this place. If you have a chance to stay here, don't pass it up.

Enjoyed our second visit with Antony and Gonzalo. Had stayed 6 weeks in 2019 and became friends with them then. Made it a point to spend 3 nights with them on this trip and it felt like old home week. Antony is very knowledgeable about architecture and grand British homes so he can offer advice on where you may be able to see historic buildings and interesting houses. We hope to visit with them again on any future trip to England.

Our second time staying at Des' place and we will be back in future! Spacious, clean and within walking distance to the town and beach. We love it here! Thank you for being such a helpful and responsive host.

We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

Excellent family stay at the Ecume des Jours. House full of charm, fully equipped and very peaceful. Very good bedding, very bright and pleasant ground floor. Beautiful playroom for the little ones. Walks directly accessible when leaving the garden. Very attentive owner. We will come back!

Enjoyed the beautiful accommodation immensely. The spaces were clean and equipped with everything you might need. The cottage is very cozy and cozy and tastefully styled. The beautiful coast is at walking distance. Nice restaurants are also in walking distance. In the neighborhood, there are also fun activities to do, such as Wimereux, various museums. But the most beautiful thing is the rock jumping in Audresselles.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this peaceful bungalow. Everything we needed was provided at a very high standard. This was our send visit and we will be back.

Jeani was sensational! One of the babies in our group had to go to an and e and she was so generous and kind while we had to stay longer at the house. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Lovely place, within walking distance to the amenities, very clean, loved the games in the cupboard. Very well equipped and the bunny population was an added bonus! We highly recommend
