Come and taste the French art of living in an 18th century property, a historic monument, as charming outside as inside and located in the old town. You can enjoy a nice park with large terraces, leaning against the hill. You will find garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and games. Only the bells of the Cathedral, and again, and the song of the birds will disturb the calm of the place.

We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a gîte 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our gîte. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

The house is in a small quiet subdivision, located just 10 minutes from the 24-hour circuit by expressway and less than 10 minutes from the European Horse Center. Our house is 5 minutes from highway exit no. 23. The floor has a private entrance. The accommodation consists of: 2 bedrooms with double bed (bed linen provided), shower room (towel, shower gel, shampoo provided), separate toilet and living room with sofa bed. Wi-Fi available.

Its comfortable living space on the first floor, consisting of a living room with open-plan kitchen; two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower will delight you. Outside, you have a lot with a space for your vehicle.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
