17th century mill, perfectly restored and converted into a dwelling with its two wheels, its engine room converted into a living room. 8 bedrooms all overlooking the river. Living room 50 m2, dining room 35 m2. The entire mill is reserved for you! Private park and river (fishing) on 2.5 hectares. Ideal for family gatherings, friends or colleagues. In the heart of nature, 10 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 10 minutes from the city center of Le Mans!

We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a gîte 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our gîte. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

Marie's house: 6-person gîte in the heart of Perche

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon.
