notre gite est paisible et offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille, il se situe un peu en hauteur de la vallée, mais il est possible de descendre au centre du village ainsi qu'au bord de la rivière à pied, à vélo ou en voiture, une petite marche de 10 minutes pour s'y rendre, pour les enfants une poussette sera à prévoir vous pouvez également apprécier le marché provençal le mercredi et le dimanche matin , ainsi que les commerces et de tous les restaurants au bord de l’Ardèche.

Dans une propriété composée de 4 gîtes identiques disposant chacun de sa terrasse privée ainsi que d’une place de parking gratuite et sécurisée, les gîtes disposent également d’une piscine commune, d’une cuisine d’été commune et d’un jacuzzi commun. Pour l’ensemble des gîtes, un service de bagagerie sera à disposition. Les draps et le ménage sont inclus dans la location.

Studio in the center of the village of Saint Martin d'Ardèche, all comforts and fully equipped, located 100 m walk from the beach. Close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, bakeries, activities, etc.). The studio has independent access, our guests have the possibility to have an inflatable paddle for walks along the Ardèche free of charge (do not hesitate to ask) as well as coffee.
